Three Cocks Coaching Inn The Three Cocks Hotel and Restaurant is a fine specimen of a spacious, rambling country hostelry. It stands on the road but preserves its dignity by being sufficiently withdrawn behind its cobbled forecourt and having private gardens to the rear. It has extremely spacious, well-equipped accommodation, giving it a traditional yet comfortable ambience.

Quirky Rooms, clean Good location, we needed an early breakfast they left us a few products out on the reception desk but it wasn't great.

Nice little B&B situated directly opposite a restaurant. The B&B doesn't offer cooked meals or a bar but having a great place to eat and drink just over the road means it doesn't have to! They provide a continental breakfast in the morning. The room we stayed in was very clean and the bathroom and shower were excellent. The lobby and general appearance of the building was also very good.

This family run b&b is best I've ever been to, they are so kind, considerate, extremely thoughtful and service is always with a smile. They simply can't do enough for you. The breakfast is perfect especially the Greek yoghurt, fresh berries, honey and granola. There's a quaint little lounge with a lovely open plan log fire, perfect to put your feet up and relax.

There is a cake always on the reception desk, simply ask the member of staff for a slice, you won't be disappointed, OMG I'm still licking my lips! If I could give it a 6* I would. Thank you with all my heart for a fabulous week's stay. By the way I passed all tests

Only stopped here on a motorbike journey between A and B. Although the guy said the facility's were not quite fully open yet while refurbishment continues he made the three of us welcome with fresh coffee. From what I saw of the place its very nice and I'd like to say I'll be back to stay one day.

The building itself still holds charm and character having been fully refurbished inside and out, the new young proprietors Jess and Jack have imposed their own style and finesse into the whole complex and garden, also the en suite had been renovated to the highest standard with top quality fixtures and fittings even as far as the bathroom cosmetics were of the highest quality, the towels were so luxurious, and the bedroom had amazing quality bedding.

All in all it was a truly memorable experience and I would certainly return the next time I'm in the location, and would recommend to anyone that's looking for accommodation in the area.

Delightful and quirky hotel which fuses old and modern styles nicely. Hosts are very friendly, welcoming and accommodating. Rooms are well maintained. Lovely garden area. Food was excellent. Wonderful location for access to the Wye River and nearby Hay on Wye. Do check out the 'magical' Guinness!

Roy & Judith very welcoming hosts. We were on room 5. Nice size room, nice bathroom. Had to keep the window closed overnight because of traffic noise. Got a bit warm. At least you get undisturbed sleep. Breakfast very nice. Evening in the restaurant very pleasant. I would station here again on any future trips to this area.

The friendly landlord and landlady make you feel right at home. Beautiful clean country style rooms in the middle of Welsh country bliss. Food of local produce and a mouth watering menu served to perfection. My second time here and i still haven't found a negative point! Definitely coming again.
