Dropped in for a meal in the bar. Greeted by friendly staff and despite not having booked in a busy place, taken to a table which was made ready. Service was excellent and the food was good quality and at a reasonable price. Restaurant and bar are nicely decorated and welcoming. A real find in Thurso.

Lovely staff, fabulous food, low stars because we were in a psyco-worthy concrete hi-de-hi motel type chalet in the car park, so smokers bikers & other people's cars parked outside the bedroom window (no nets or blinds so no privacy unless curtains drawn, overlooked by all the hotel rear facing rooms) plus a walk across a wet car park for all meals.
We had to insist on distanced seating for dinner, etc, breakfast difficult as all milk juice & fruit were in a tiny cabinet on a tiny table with no flat space or surface to fill a glass or cereal bowl. Food was very good, used fresh ingredients.
