St Andrews Town Hotel is located in historic Droitwich Spa. The hotel is privately owned, and seeks to offer you the best of both town and country. We are a great location for both the town centre and motorway network, yet the elegant Georgian building and tranquil garden make you feel you're in a country house retreat.
Our smart Classic double rooms have either a super-king or king sized bed. They vary in shape and size, with some looking over the garden and others over the front driveway. All enjoy a restful colour scheme and attractive artwork. Our smart Classic twin rooms have two Hypnos single beds, and are a great option if you are travelling with a family member, friend or colleague. Our beautiful Bridal suite enjoys lovely views over our garden, and features a super-king sized French-style bed, comfy sofa, dining area, roll top bath and walk-in shower. Had a great awards end of season hockey do here. The good was good and the venue is nice. However there was a problem with the ladies toilet and all the women had to use the disabled toilets. This should of been sorted before the event as they were out of order from the start. However great evening otherwise

My daughters wedding was the first at St Andrews in 2022 since it's major refurbishment. Can honestly say it perfect from start to finish, Nicki and the rest of the staff were fantastic, making sure everyone and everything was taken care of. Food was excellent and rooms were great, would thoroughly recommend

Booked the hotel months ago. Got told with 2 weeks to go that it was going to close for "refurbishment" leaving me and several other guests with a last minute dash to rebook. Not normally a problem but when you are competing against everyone else during covid then it is a problem. Unless this place has burnt to the ground or have a serious outbreak of a zombies amongst the staff I demand to know how could they not have foreseen this? Absolute jokers. Avoid.

I was due to get married here last October but had to move it to April this year, but due to covid we have decided to cancel our wedding. I have now been asking for my money back for over a month. (due to the contact not being able to be fulfilled - a frustrated contract). It was agreed that a refund would be given, then the offer was withdrawn a few days later. I have been unable to speak direct with the manager, all my emails have been ignored. We have now had to go down the legal route to get our money back.

The three of us stopped by for lunch and ordered a variety of sandwiches. These were beautifully presented and tasted very good indeed. No complaints at all. A beautiful hotel, hidden away on the outskirts of Droitwich. My first time here as a wedding photographer and thought it was a lovely characterful building, covered with green ivy adding to its photographic attraction. Inside modern and fresh decor. What a lovely place to stay for a few days break. Excellent customer service especially by Sophie and the Restaurant Manager Mark. The best breakfast we have ever had anywhere. Clean, comfortable and spacious accommodation in a calming relaxed atmosphere. Well done to all staff. We will certainly be back.
