Very clean spacious washing machine dishwasher the whole shebang bath and master had an ensuite with shower now the bed wow like sleeping on a cloud ngl could have moved in loved it. Only improvement I wished for was a balcony but was told that was only at room 502 definitely one of my favourites so far

I came to stay here with my family and friends. Rooms were big and clean. That's where the positive reviews end. Rude staff, poor customer service. We were accused of making noise even though we were quiet. Inconsistencies with staff as well. Another disappointment that I can't give zero stars as that is the service they gave. Not worth spending money when the "hospitality staff" are so awful.

We just returned from our trip to London where we stayed at these serviced apartments located in the financial district of the City of London. The area itself is very convenient to the tube (Liverpool Street station) and buses and within walking distance to all the tour buses which take you to the Westminster area of London. These apartments are perfect for those traveling with multiple family members and more reasonable than staying in a hotel.

They are modern apartments which come furnished with a full kitchen with dishwasher and a bathroom with deep tub and a washer/dryer. The reception area is staffed 24 hours. There are many, many restaurants and pubs nearby and a large outdoor market within walking distance. What I did not like was the smell. I could never quite pinpoint what it was, but it bothered me a great deal, especially upon first walking into the apartment.

One bedroom had air conditioning, while other did not. There is cable TV in the livingroom, but the TVs in the bedrooms got poor reception. The views from the apartment were less than desirable and one bedroom overlooked an alley which was noisy at times. Overall, we were pleased though and if you are looking to save some money, this could be for you.

The location for these apartments spot on. Our room was on the 5th floor. I felt like our room need a freshen up as it seem to be in need of a lick of paint a and a little tatty. Nothing like the sleek online photos. On the plus side, the kitchen area was nice.

Overall, it is quite a nice place to stay in, but it isn't a hotel, more an apartment hotel. The external look and the common areas need some work, it looks just a little bit scrappy, but don't let that fool you, the apartment itself feels great. I used the two bedrooms, apartments which can easily host a small family, or two couples. The apartment's facilities are great.

The location is really good, there are tons of bars and restaurants near by, a tube across the street, Costco branch less than a minute walk a way. The breakfast option is nice, but if you are staying several days, I suggest you skip the breakfast, just buy few ingredients in Costco.

I have been booked into the Roland House for a two week stay for work. Since being here I have had the staff attempt to enter my room on two separate occasions while I was there, they attempted this without any warning. No phone call, no knock. They simply used a key to open my door. Each time they claim it was just a mistake and apologize but I feel this invasive behavior is unacceptable and they need to take many more precautions before entering a residence.

I spent a weekend there a while back, it was pretty good, Our apartment was large, clean and Modern, the open plan kitchen-diner/living room with 3 huge windows facing the Broadgate centre across the busy Bishopsgate road, yet was surprising quite. The kitchen was modern and well laid out, the bedrooms were smaller than we expected, and the bed squeaked loudly whenever we moved, but was comfortable. the bedroom windows looked out into a massively unattractive "court yard" which somehow managed to have more street noise than the living room. the lift was a bit on the small side.

The staff were friendly and professional, and we were provided with plenty of information about local restaurants and take aways, and near by clubs, bars and entertainment. and there is a supermarket within a couple of minutes walk, and of course the transport links are excellent. The only real complaint I had was that the dishwasher didn't work. Which is nothing really.
