Silverbirch Hotel

An amazing 3 star hotel. They're proud of it and I'm proud of it for them. Solid 3 star dining, 3 star rooms, 3 star service, and 3 star accomodations. Honestly you can't find a better 3 star establishment anywhere

Room was dated and old. Window not sealing fully when locked so we could hear the busy road. Rooms were clean. Serive was very good, staff friendly and helpful.

Nice rooms. But breakfast service is slow and terrible. Also charged extra to have a cappuccino instead of a regular coffee which I've never seen before in any hotel (business trip) and I stay in many many hotels. I'll avoid this one in the future.

Hard to fault, to be honest. Booked a superior room facing away from the main road. The mattress and pillows were unbelievably comfortable. Possibly the best I've experienced in any hotel. The room and hotel was clean and well presented. Possibly the bathroom needs to be updated. Staff are helpful and very friendly. Bar food is average/good although "today's special" spans several days! Overall, for a three star hotel, it's excellent and reasonable value. I had a very relaxing, comfortable stay.

I have been here often for food and you will find excellent service in a really comfortable and clean environment, the food is top grade cooked perfectly, I am local so haven't had a need to stay over but if the rest of the hotel is this clean comfortable and relaxing then I imagine the rooms mirror that.

Had my daughters wedding reception here yesterday 20 April. First class in all services /venue / food and staff were excellent. Thank you all for a great time.

We came for food. Use this place regularly as my parents won't go anywhere else. Never had a problem with Sunday lunch but this was midweek. Polite and friendly staff but incredibly slow service which was frustrating. Food was good but the length it took to serve dessert was ridiculously long. I hate to say that it just spoiled the evening.

Great Hotel. Top class food and very friendly staff. Staying for the Dominic Kirwan St Patrick's Celebration and always well looked after by the hotel staff. Excellent music over 3days.

Busy spot but food was just average, chips were terrible and just about eatable. At the price they charge I was expecting a lot better but left disappointed. Staff were very courteous albeit a little on the young side but service overall was very good. My wife had the fish which was good but again the chips were terrible and spoiled an otherwise good meal. Omagh has a lot better eating establishments who serve overall better meals

I stayed overnight over the 4/12/21 after a day of Christmas shopping. We were so hungry but hadn't booked the restaurant the very kind Edwin managed to fit us! And all the staff were so incredibly polite and courteous they didn't make us feel like a burden even though we had put them under pressure and they were very busy! The food was outstanding!

And Edwin's sense Of humor with me and my mum made the whole stay really enjoyable! The bedroom it's self was very warm and clean and very very comfortable! And the breakfast this morning was too die for! I will definitely be back! All the staff are a massive credit to the silver birch they are so nice and kind and accommodating! I would highly recommend and I'm already looking forward to our next stay

Here for a wedding, beautiful hotel and food was fab. Lovely staff too

Had a private party here last Friday nite. Buffet was fantastic June, and Alan and all staff lovely. Highly recommended

We sat about 45mins before anybody came to take our food order and I had my 19 month grandson with me and he was ready to eat and it wasn't to say staff were busy cause there were enough of staff on the floor, staff came and took order when a lady on another table said we were sitting a long time and good order wasn't taken.

Absolutely horrendous! Awful awfal smell of old stale cigarette smoke. Was unbearable for myself and 2 babies to stay there. We were placed there as a last resort as I was fleeing from domestic violence. I had to leave after the first night having paid upfront for 2 nights. Very basic (if that) and unhygienic. Would not recommend, sorry.

First time to visit the restaurant in the hotel. Professional, friendly staff. The covid restrictions were adhered to. The food was delicious. The service was excellent. Thank you for making our visit enjoyable. I live in Belfast but I have told a number of people how good the experience was. Hope to return in the future.

Stay was good but just to be aware phone signals were completely down and had to come out each to make phone calls. Otherwise very calm and quite environment. Staffs were soo good. Lovely view of full moon.

The food here is unbelievable. The chef uses high quality ingredients and experiments with the dishes and it works. I did not expect this kind of food from the hotel bar. Well done!
