Our meat is sourced from a butcher just twenty minutes away, our eggs are laid less than five minutes away and our fruit and vegetables are sourced from a greengrocer ten minutes away.

Room was spacious and well equipped. On site car park is convenient. Staff was very helpful and willing to provide an earlier breakfast. Location is quiet and beds are comfortable.

Popped in for Sunday lunch. Various roasts on offer. The roast beef was excellent, served with Yorkshire pudding, Mashed and roast potatoes and various vegetables, oh AND chips. You won't leave hungry! Good value too.

Staff are dead on. - food was plentiful and delicious along with being good value Defo drop in in your passing and hungry. Lovely traditional bar area too - deceiving from the outside

My dad and I have been going to the Mahon's for summer stays for years now. Each year it is better and better. The staff make you feel very welcome and make you feel at home. The rooms are lovely with a great nights sleep guaranteed. And the food is to die for, and you pay for what you get. Overall the Mahon's is a great hotel and I would highly recommend it to anyone.

Fabulous experience yet again. We arrived on the first day of reopening and it was like it hadn't been closed at all. We were also the last guests to leave on the day it closed in October so it was great to be back. Great rooms food and service. Also great value. Highly recommended.
