This famous hostelry has been the destination of travellers and tourists for 130 years, since the day it served as an elegant stopover for passengers disembarking at the Great Northern Railway station across the road. Being the only town centre hotel it is in walking distance of all the high street shops, and all the local tourist attractions.

Motel that was dog friendly at very short notice. Clean double room that met our needs. Decor in the hotel was a bit dated pretending to be something other than what it was. Staff were friendly and very helpful, and dinner was ok. At Breakfast we were met by a very unfriendly and cross waiter or maybe we got him on a bad day. I missed the option of being able to help myself to juice and cereal. Overall a good experience.

Terrible service couldn't sleep because of big noisy last night I called front desk and no answer the noise continued for three hours all night until early morning! And I asked the front desk at first day to come open the safe it's closed I don't know how to open it (!? No password) and no body came to help! Really bad hotel I will never come here!

We had a birthday meal and a surprise party for my mum at the Enniskillen Hotel on 25th March 2022. It was perfect from start to finish. The staff were welcoming, friendly and very helpful. The meal was absolutely delicious. The manager Zoe was so professional and accommodating and organised the surprise party. The evening buffet for the party guests was also perfect. Mum also stayed overnight in one of the hotel rooms and was very impressed. I would highly recommend the Enniskillen Hotel for a meal, a party or a night away or all of the above. We will definitely be back.

I am actually writing this and still in Motel. The room is ok, clean but lacking some little things like a spare toilet roll, the shower looked amazing but wow sounded like a tractor and was only luke warm. So you knew when the otherrooms were having a shower. On our last night the room beside us were partying and this went on to 5.30 this morning with them being out in corridor intimidating us as we heard them mention our room number.
I tried to ring tge hotel to see if there was security but no answer! So you are left to your own devices which was not acceptable. Breakfast was ok, staff very abrupt with us having to ask for warm coffee, spoons for our tea and ask for our toast. The biggest let down had to be the shower and the lack of help/security at night. We have to vacate our room by 11 and considering no sleep to after 5.30 and now the tractors are starting I hope breakfast will be amazing to make me think about returning. Disappointed

Came up from Dublin to do the stairway to heaven hike. Stayed here for 2 nights, checked in and the staff were lovely at the reception. As soon as we got to the room we noticed it was very small for a deluxe double, carpet was full of stains and the bathroom was full of dust. The headboard on the bed was old and ripped. Couldn't get a good night sleep at all as we could hear everything that was going on in every other room and in the halls, people at 5:30am banging on doors and opening fire doors and and no security dealt with the issue.
We paid for breakfast in advance and we're not happy at all with the service, seemed to treat us very abruptly, on the first morning I asked for toast with my fry (even though it's supposed to be included) and wasn't served it, asked again and after 10 minutes gave up asking. This was very disappointing as I noticed a lady beside me asked after me (from the same server) and received it almost instantly.
I don't know if it was because we were from Dublin or just incompetence but it felt like the prior. Booked dinner in the bar and immediately left after dinner, the burger was very nice but the fish was burned. We left straight after dinner as the place was very small and music was slow and low. To put the icing on the cake on Sunday morning at 9:30am we were woke up to what sounded like construction work being done on the floor? Sounded like someone drilling into a wall.
Me and my partner planned on having a very relaxing weekend while enjoying a hike we were looking forward to, this was not the case. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone, especially people coming from Dublin.
