The Sandcliff hotel is a family run hotel overlooking the sea in the picturesque town of Cromer, the Gem of the Norfolk Coast. We have twenty three bedrooms, most of which are en-suite including family, double, twin and single rooms. All of our bedrooms have a television with tea and coffee making facilities. Three of our rooms are on the ground floor for our less able guests and we have removable ramps at the front stairway for wheelchair access to the rooms and dining room. Our staff are available to help with the access ramps and general mobility within the hotel.

Large room with a great view. Breakfast excellent, eggs were so fresh far superior to supermarket ones. Gluten free toast and decaf tea available! Can be a little noisy in the night when other guests bang doors. Very convenient location, 5 minutes easy walk from the station and 2 minutes up the road for the coast hopper bus. Few minutes walk into town, so not necessary to have the car.

Stayed for a long weekend. Booked a small double room which turned out to be on the ground floor overlooking the road. Could hear traffic noise until late evening but that wasn't a problem for us. Room was very clean with crisp, white bed linen. We had a comfortable bed, shower, toilet, wash basin, tea/coffee making facilities and flat screen tv. Didn't really need anything else!
Room was serviced daily. Only a very small cupboard/wardrobe but, again, this wasn't a problem for us as we were only staying for a few days and didn't have many clothes to hang up! Staff were all very helpful and friendly. Full English breakfast was really excellent - hot and beautifully cooked. Would stay here again if ever in Cromer.

The Sandcliff is right on the beach and in prime location for a weekend away in North Norfolk. We came with the doggie and were happy to find that the guesthouse is dog friendly. We had a double en-suite room which was clean. The shower was electric and not that powerful. Beds were a bit hard and room was lacking some basic amenities such as coat hooks, toothpaste, shower gel. The room and hotel was overall a bit more dated than shown online. However, for the price it was worth it.
