Serena and the oriental gentleman staff were truly amazing! accommodating our requests up and beyond! The chief made the best tagetelle I have ever tasted and my 94yr old dad gobbled all of his lamb and mash and said "bloody lovely" The room was nice we each had a double bed each soso comfy slept really well! The shower was huge and dad loved it finding it easy to get in and out!

The minus where the TV is very small the remotes are hard to use and unresponsive and channels are rubbish! They have a lovely seating area leading off the pool outside with loungers and table and chairs but unfortunately your not allowed to enjoy a beverage or food as it's the rules! That area beckons for a small mini bar! For best usage of this area

Excellent Garden room allows the dog to run around the enclosed garden. Lovely friendly staff everywhere in the hotel, especially in the bar and restaurant. We will definitely be back. We have absolutely no complaints, but Improvement suggestions would be a full drinks menu on the tables in the bar and maybe introduce a cocktail menu? Many places in Cromer are offering these and think the Links could cash in on some trade to keep people in house. Maybe these are are already made, however not advertised on tables in the bar.

The hotel is located in quiet area so that you can relax while enjoying the countryside. It is very close to Sheringham beach which can be accessed by train within 5 minutes. Foods are very good with reasonable price. The staffs are friendly and very helpful. Would love to stay here again when I visit the area.

Just go back from a lovely stay at this great hotel and surrounding areas. The staff were very friendly and it was service with a smile. The food in the main restaurant was beautiful, we had breakfast afternoon tea and main meals. Our room was lovely and warm and our bed zzzzzzzzzz. percent nights

Been here many times. Outstanding every time. The breakfast buffet is soooo good. Love the full English. Loads of things to do. The golfclub on the grounds is very inviting and has a nice pub in the clubhouse. Also perfect for guests with dogs.

Great value hotel with close proximity too Cromer & Sheringham. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The restaurant is worth a visit with a good range of meals. If you're a real ale fan then a pint of the local wherry ale is a must after a round of links golf on the course next door!

We stayed for a short break. It wS so nice to go to an hotel and be greeted by very pleasant staff. We were a little late arriving, but chef let us have the carvery, which was excellent. All of the food was excellent. The service from the bar was just as good and so professional. Thank you to all of you for making our stay so memorable.

Visited on boxing day. Service was very good, food was good and reasonable priced. Covid restrictions were mostly followed.

Enjoyed a relaxing stay with our grandchildren. All the staff were welcoming and friendly, went above and beyond for our stay. Dinner was lovely but breakfast was very poor. Could have been better without the oil on the plate & the smell of grease. Everything else was amazing. Would we stay again 100%

We stayed for one night and honestly it is a lovely bolt hold location for a Norfolk stay. We booked last minute and for that did not secure a deluxe room, however the standard room was clean and adequate. Some repairs required in room but it was clean and the bed very comfortable (firm matress). Had a lovely 2x course dinner which quickly turned into a 3x course.

Food was well cooked and the staff were lovely. We also enjoyed a swim, again some areas looking a little tired, but all in all, a good sized warm pool. Cant stress enough how clean this place is. Breakfast was self serve due to circumstances but again cooked well and enjoyed. Staff here are lovely and will definitely be returning for a longer stay. Highly recommend!

Could not have had a better stay here. I love how the hotel has maintained the original features of the property, you can actually open the windows too. The staff are helpful, the pool is lovely, and there are countless other facilities to use. The rooms are clean and have everything you need. There are lots of seating places around the hotel, so your comfort as a guest has definitely been given thought.

Very high expectations, based on price. We were sorely disappointed. Staff were very friendly however food was substandard. They advertise lobster and crab, they had neither. They did not have wine listed on wine list. Presentation of dinner food was awful and the taste was worse. Unfortunately, breakfast was no better. Cold bacon, sausage, and hash browns.

We did mention this to both waitstaff and front desk, upon checking out. They seemed surprised. If you are going to charge 198 for a room and breakfast the standard should be better. We won't mention the scaffolding outside our window. Would not recommend or stay again.

Lovely old building that is in the process of receiving some TLC. Staff were very friendly and couldn't do enough for us. We had a two night stay, bed and breakfast option and stayed in room 258. We made use of the gym and also dined in the restaurant for our evening meals. Reasonably priced and a good selection of food on offer. Would use again if in the area.

Friendly, cheery staff. Our room was tastefully decorated, clean and lovely en- suite. Good beer on tap and tasty food. Delicious breakfast to set you up for the day

The golf course has been greatly improved as well as the new drinking shed area. Always a great view on the 6th green. Shame it's a 9 hole course but sometimes that's all you need. Especially with that hill mid way though the round.

Good meal lovely service good value for money. Dog friendly in large bar area, plenty of seating. Recommended. Near West Runton Station

Had afternoon tea 25. Booked a few days ago but weren't listed. Bread was stale, cakes appeared bought in, sandwich fillings uninspiring (half a tomato slice in one sandwich, another with cheap ham and another with something resembling chicken), strawberries unripe and sharp, sorbet lovely but melted in the warm sun and ended up as sorbet soup, very tasty apple compote.

The best things were the environment and the elderflower cordial. We had afternoon tea there a few years ago and had smoked salmon sandwiches, beautiful petits fours. What happened?
