Rudding Park Hotel & Golf

We use the clocktower a lot for meetings. The service is very good but that comes with a high price for everything. I've previously stayed over in the hotel and the rooms are very nice. The spa is also great. It's a good price for rooms off season but can be expensive during the busier times of year

My first ever spa day and it exceeded my expectations. I would happily make it an annual event. All areas were relaxing. Staff happy and helpful. I honestly felt like I was on a mini holiday for the day. *****

We have just had our wedding at Rudding park and the day was perfect. All staff were excellent and ensured all our guests were looked after. The duty Manager Amy really did take control ensuring the day ran smoothly allowing everyone to relax and enjoy the day. The food and facilities were superb. I would like to thank everyone for ensuring our wedding day was perfect. We will be definitely returning to Rudding park and would certainly recommend having your wedding here.

We had a wonderful three nights at Rudding Park for my wife's birthday last week. The staff are very welcoming and helpful. The spa is top class and grounds beautiful to stroll around when the weather is good. I've been before and will come back again.

We visited this afternoon for Afternoon Tea in the Clocktower restaurant. The service we received was exceptional. We were welcomed on arrival and shown to our table. Every single member of staff were attentive, professional, polite and genuinely couldn't do enough for us. The quality of the sandwiches was amazing. I forgot to inform them prior to our arrival that I'm vegetarian.

The staff immediately informed the chef who created a beautiful selection of sandwiches which were so tasty! We then moved onto scones and a selection of cakes - all of which were delicious. The staff regularly checked if we needed anything and provided a selection of tea and coffee choices and a beautiful glass of pink champagne. I would highly recommend and already looking forward to our next visit to Rudding Park. Thank you for such excellent customer service.

We had time to ourselves at roof top with an area which was kept warm and well done. The facilities at roof top were fantastic and the room excellent. Went for our private room function and meal and the food was cold and not enjoyable. Only to be compensated by two bottles of wine. I think the chef needs to test the food temp before dishing out to guests. Apart from the food the place is so beautiful.

A lovely upmarket hotel. Offering everything from golf (an academy as well) to weddings to spa days and even a private cinema and even its own church. Staff good and helpful. Rooms spacious and immaculate. The spa looked excellent for over 16 year old, had a bar as well. We were limited to the main pool as we had a member of our group underage. 2 restaurants, one offering tasting menu mainly from their kitchen garden.

Other restaurant more normal 3 course meal food. Most dishes were great in this restaurant. The odd one disappointing but very tasty overall. Not a cheap venue but a place we would definitely return to.

Visited the Spa for a prepaid Spa experience. Facilities luxurious and very clean. Friendly and helpful staff. Drinks are kind of pricey but no more than you would expect at a high class hotel.

Everything about our stay was perfect. The staff were so friendly and always really helpful. Our room was beautiful, clean and very spacious with an additional lounge area (comfiest bed too). The spa and treatment definitely the best I've ever had. All our meals were lovely in the clocktower. The grounds are stunning! Can't wait to return.

Unbelievable spa overnight stay. Massive credit to all the staff at Rudding Park, excellent attention to detail and attentive service. Thank you for a making our visit extra special.

Went the day before my brother's wedding to see what it was like, it was certainly 5*, the staff were fantastic, very attentive.

We have been looking to come here for a long time and Covid delayed this further. A welcoming entrance and check in by staff. The room was beautiful and spacious and overlooking the roof top spa. We had lunch at Horto before heading to the roof top spa. The session was limited to 2 hours and didn't feel we had enough time to relax and enjoy all the facilities.

We then had our treatments before getting back to the hotel to get ready for dinner. My body scrub treatment was very relaxing! Our meal was at the Clock tower restaurant. Friendly staff and lots of tables. We were allocated 43 to spend on food. The dishes were delightful! We couldn't give this a full 5 stars as felt we could have wanted to spend longer in the spa.

There were also charges on our invoice which we didn't expect; the optional resort charge and the optional spa service charge. We had already paid a premium to stay and it did not warrant additional charges so we asked for them to be removed. The drinks were very expensive too. Overall, the staff were friendly, beautiful location but be warned of the service charges!

As a newly we'd couple unfortunately covid restricted any exotic destinations, so Rudding Park was suggested. We're both so thrilled with the experience we've had. The Horto Restaurant is 2nd to none and I highly recommend the 6 course menu. It was absolutely incredible! A special mention to the staff who were serving in there this evening. They too were tremendous! Friendly, knowledgeable & professional. We've not had faultless service like that in a long time. We will be back and telling everyone about it!

Honestly one of the best hotel and spa resorts you could come to. The service is impeccable, the rooftop spa is absolutely gorgeous and the on site restaurants are great. We try and come when we can, I'd be here every week if I could afford it!

Staying on the caravan park and had a great time. Pitches are well laid out and all staff friendly and helpful. The deer house and golf club house are well priced and do good food. A walk round the hotel grounds is nice and the kitchen garden is very well kept.

From the moment we pulled up in the carp park to the time we left we were made to feel special. My wife and I stayed here as part of our honeymoon and it really is the best spa break we have ever had. The food was outstanding, the rooms were great and the decor was stylish and luxurious. The spa has loads to do and was run with military precision. Well done Rudding park, we will coming back and recommending to friends too.

Lovely social event with friends. Beautiful venue with attentive staff. 10 for a ham sandwich which is nothing more than a sandwich and a few veg crisps was a bit real but there you go. Nice if you want a go for a special meal

5* treat from the spectacular estate & grounds, superior spa and the most well appointed rooms we have ever stayed. Luxury at its finest.

Sensational. This hotel has what a hotel should have, and more. Easily 5 stars. Buffet breakfast with all you can eat hot food, all you need to do is order or just go get it from the bar. Price was fair (GBP19 per person) food was excellent. A great tapas in the afternoon restaurant menu, a must try if you stay in this hotel. WiFi reception was really good and easy to connect.

There are lots of space outside to walk around. The area is very nice. Harrogate is 15 mins away and it was a quiet nice town. The following review is from my son: Really nice hotel, good location, when we got there booked a room and had breakfast, breakfast really nice. After breakfast we went to our room, just as we got into the room, the door bell rang, a service person came in, giving us cookies with our names written with chocolate sauce. Had lots of fun.

Next time when you go to Harrogate, book Rudding Park hotel. The following review is from my daughter: Very nice hotel with very nice staff and the food was really nice. Cookie (See above) was really nice too. Bed was very comfortable. Room was big and comfortable, too.
