A superb hotel run by the most lovely couple. My partner and I only stayed one night on a warm evening. The water pressure on the shower is the best we have experienced at any hotel. Our room is well insulated so it would definitely be warm in the winter and the windows can be opened rather wide for ventilation as we stayed on a very warm evening.
The customer service was excellent. My partner made a mistake of packing our toothbrush case without the toothbrush in and we did not realise until 22:30 (we found the mistake rather funny honestly albeit inconvenient), we rang reception and were given toothbrush kits by our host who I think we might have woken up. We apologised profusely of course but we were reassured that it was no problem. Thank you so much again Monica and Mark!

I thought The Grafton was a good choice of places to stay in Harrogate. It is about 10 minutes' gentle walk from the heart of the town. I stayed in a comfortable, well presented bedroom that was quiet, had tea and coffee making facilities, and a decent shower. A permit was provided for on street parking close to the property.
