One night stay for a wedding. Beautiful room. Excellent service. Friendly staff. Shout out for waitress Shea, she was lovely. Brandon events guy was fantastic.

Third time we have been here and it never disappoints. Brilliant hotel with great staff. They have upgraded the spa and that is even better than before. Will return again i am sure

The Royal Crescent Hotel & Spa has a stunning location, wonderful friendly service, delicious food, beautiful decor and gardens, and to top it off there is a fabulous Spa! What more can I say.we had the best stay and loved mooching around the beautiful city of Bath! Top notch!

The best scones I have ever tasted. Whoever is their pastry chef a very well done. The cakes were divine, not sickly sweet at all. The service whilst friendly and helpful was rather slow but the staff were lovely and I would recommend the Afternoon Tea, a fabulous experience. At 39 it was good value, we will return.

My husband and I had a perfect Spa day, booked as a treat for my 50th birthday. We were shown through the beautiful hotel to the spa building which is in the the very pretty gardens. We received a friendly welcome at the reception and changing/storing belongings etc was very straight forward. I had the 5 elements massage and my husband had the muscle melt massage.

It was lovely to be able to have them side by side in the couples room. My masseuse was Sarah(sorry but I didn't catch the name of my husband's) they were both very friendly and professional, both of us thought our massages were fabulous! We were so relaxed afterwards and really enjoyed the hour in the pool, jacuzzi and steam room. The sauna was out of order but this didn't spoil our experience.

It was very quiet and spotlessly clean with great changing facilities including lovely smelling shampoo, conditioner and body wash and hairdryers. Our package included 2 courses from the Montagu Bar restaurant which is just next to the spa building. It's another beautifully decorated building. We had a great table next to the open door looking into gorgeous gardens.

Our food was excellent, rib-eye steak followed by mango & thyme cheesecake for my husband and wild mushroom tagliatelle followed by salted caramel creme brulee for me! We paid extra for a glass each of Sauvignon Blanc which was lovely on such a sunny day. We were hoping for a luxurious, intimate and relaxing day and this was well and truly delivered. Thank you!

We always use Mr & Mrs Smith to book rooms for our city breaks and they have never disappointed. However our stay at the Royal Crescent Hotel fell far short of the quality we have experienced from other hotels. In particular, I felt that the attitudes of the staff (especially the door and reception staff) was particularly noteworthy - very unfriendly and on some occasions downright rude. I expect better from a five star establishment. Will be using Mr & Mrs Smith again, but will not be booking the Royal Crescent Hotel.

Absolutely fantastic spa weekend . The staff think of everything (even the small details) before you even work out that's what you want/need! Would highly recommend and would definitely return.

We had several specifications for our room, and the hotel was able to accommodate us. The location is close to the city centre, yet removed enough to enjoy the natural scenery. The restaurant serves one of the better breakfasts I've had at similar quality resorts. You're able to mix and match items on the menu, a convenient feature. The spa is quaint and refreshing.

Horrendous spa experience. Mixed up the times, couldn't accommodate. If you're a guest that stays here 3-5 weeks every year, the hotel is lovely but the spa is categorically not worth it. My first massage there would have been better at a local dive parlor.

This rating is specifically for the spa! Very friendly staff members. They had to reschedule my appointment an hour earlier, which was really inconvenient for me, but they said there was a staff emergency. During this pandemic, of course I understood. However, the poor rating is because the massage therapist completely ignored my request at the beginning of the treatment.

I told the therapist not to focus as much on my back, but the bulk of the treatment, or around half was for my back. Given I accommodated their schedule and was about 4 minutes late, I was also surprised the 30 minute massage I paid a lot of money for for was really only 20-25 minutes maximum. I wouldn't have minded if the quality of the massage was above average.

The price is not worth the cost at all. It felt like this was one of her first massages. None of the knots were out of my back and the pressure was so low I barely felt it. I was really really disappointed given the high ratings at the spa. I was only in Bath for one day and I spent my time and effort coming here. This would be an even lower rating if not for the facilities.

It's unfortunate you have to pay 20 extra pounds to use them if you're not a guest but the pool is gorgeous. However, the jacuzzi didn't even get hot! The steam room and sauna were nice however and the locker room was decently stocked. I had much higher hopes for this spa.
