AND YES, SHE SHOULD NOT HAVE BEEN RUDE AND YOUR EMAIL SYSTEM DOES NOT WORK AS THERE HAS BEEN ABSOLUTELY NO RESPONSE FROM OUR COUNTLESS EMAILS REGARDING A 4 WEEK STAY. THE POOR CUSTOMER APPROACH IS SURPRISING AS YOUR COMPANY HAS NO SOCIAL MEDIA OUTREACH. ONE WOULD THINK THE CUSTOMER RESPONSE WOULD BE MET WITH GRATITUDE. ESPECIALLY FOR A 3* HOTEL. DO BETTER. HUMBLE YOURSELF TO PEOPLE THAT ARE WILLING TO SPEND MONEY ON YOUR BUSINESS!

I was working for 3 months at the Heathrow office for a large international airline and they found me this lovely new 2 bedroom premium apartment on the river Thames near the center of Richmond. A warm welcome was received on arrival, the staff were very friendly and smile when they see you, The accommodation was spotlessly clean, the bedroom with large and had beautiful en suite walk in shower.
The free WiFi and satellite TV meant that I didn't stroll down to Richmond town as often as I had intended : This is a great place to stay, which made working away from home much more pleasant experience than I expected. I cannot recommend my apartment enough. Thank you!

I booked for 2 weeks and ended up staying a whole 6 weeks! I cannot fault the quality of the accomodation first class and as for the location it was tremendous, close to RIchmond Centre, but secluded enough to be quiet - a real treat. I was there on business and would have no hesitation in recommending it. First class!
