Nice Hotel, onsite parking, just on the edge of the main part of town. My room overlooked the main road. Friendly staff, and nice clean and tidy hotel. Only negative for my stay, which I wasn't aware of was the building site next door, which at check-in meant I had to close my windows due to a sewer smell blowing up from the site which had a lorry outside on the drains. Would return though, as I'm sure such things are just random bad luck

TLDR: Not a great overall experience unfortunately I booked to stay at this hotel, given it had decent reviews online, and was located near my office. Sadly I was disappointed with several things during my stay, that others may find useful to be aware of & hopefully Hotel management will take under consideration too for future improvement. Pros: - Good location, walking distance from the train station and plenty of restaurants nearby - The room I stayed in had a nice spacious balcony with seating - nice touch! - Staff were friendly & professional (offered to carry my luggage etc) - Room itself was spacious with all the necessities, nice big TV too - Low price Cons: - Arrived at the hotel to find there was no parking available, and was advised to park on the side of the road, on the double yellow lines, on a high street - obviously I couldn't do that, so had to find paid for parking 10 minutes away, very inconvenient.
Parking is NOT easy around here. - Room itself was very dated, and various fixtures were falling off (such as shower controls & handles) - Air con was fixed at 23 degrees minimum, and would also automatically turn off after 90 mins by default. I was boiling. I managed to find a way to override these settings eventually, but not straightforward. - No room service, and all food had to be ordered via Deliveroo (the hotel did deliver to the room though + provide cutlery & crockery). - Lift was out of order, so had to carry luggage up the stairs (although they did offer to carry it up in fairness).
Not ideal though. Overall it wasn't a great experience, and I'd recommend staying at the Premiere Inn nearby instead, or if you can afford it, Hotel du Vin which is very nice indeed.

Pretty good place to stay, staff is very friendly. Really bad things are: 1) 10 for the breakfast like that is overpricing, you could get better meal for price like that 2) Wi-Fi is horrible, it is limited to 2 Mbit/s, and it is very slow, it is impossible to watch at least 720p YouTube. I could not find an option to pay for better speed.

Wow, where do I start? I absolutely hate this place. The room was tiny even as far as hotel rooms go. The bed was extremely hard and very uncomfortable. TV did not work, and I had to report it twice to the manager called Adrian, who brushed it off with a negative remark. The wifi was absolutely pathetic 2MBps and worst of all, this is not a quiet hotel - you can hear every door close, radiators, neighbours, plumbing. This is a very, very noisy hotel! We were woken up at 2:30 by loud noises just outside. and I had 4 hours of exams the next day. Shockingly low standards in this place.

Lovely greeting on arrival. Quick and easy check in. Nice clean rooms although our room did have a strange smell. I think it must be the cleaning products as we mentioned it the reception and it was the same when they had serviced the room. This would not put us off staying though as the staff are really helpful. Have already booked again for next year

Do not stay here. Stayed overnight for an event that is ongoing and initially the staff were nice. Checked into my room, very dated but initially looked ok. Upon returning to the room turned on the air con which let out a disgusting smell so I couldn't use that which was one problem. Then checked around the room to see a HUGE dusty cobweb in the corner of the room that had clearly been there for some time.
I went to the front desk and they confirmed the room should've been cleaned on that day. A gentlemen came up to check the room and was disgusted and stated if the room had been cleaned that shouldn't have been there - then went on to confirm he couldn't give me another room as they were fully booked and offered me a drink or breakfast - neither I wanted as I wasn't drinking and up early to not have the breakfast.
After all of that I was offered a hug?! I think not in malice but it isn't something to be offered to a customer. I continued to complain on the Monday as was told no manager in. It is now the 18th October and I have had only two emails back in 2 weeks refusing to offer me even a slight refund just a room update or breakfast on my next visit - due to that first experience I will not be visiting again so neither of these options are good enough.
I have contacted Amanda and Gopal numerous times with no resolutions. This hotel is quick to take your money but when a genuine complaint is raised are even quicker to not respond and refuse communication. I'm not one for negative reviews but both managers have left me no choice. If this is how the managers act to customers then I feel sorry for other visitors and even other staff!

I had cobwebs in my room that had dust on them. The places hadn't been dusted in ages with that amount of dust. No clean towels had to ask the front desk for towels as we all had been using same towel and that was 7 days into our 12 night stay. The front desk guys are brilliant but the Chef/Manager needs a chat. She said to me how does she know the rooms are this dirty unless someone tells her!. To me this is why the rooms are so dirty if the manager has this attitude.

We booked a function room for our son first birthday. Now 2 days before that we came to check the details just to find out that they have cancelled our booking without any notice. But they are very confident because apparently they didn't make us any contract. I don't have words to express my indignation. Now we are left on the street with 40 guests, food, cake and one year old without birthday party. Sorry doesn't work in this case. I am going to send you my bill for psychologist.

Very comfortable hotel, conveniently situated. The staff are very friendly and helpful, nothing is too much trouble. Breakfast is very nice with plenty to choose from. Good value for money. I have stayed at this hotel with friends four times and look forward to my next visit. Thank you to the lovely staff.

Antoinette Hotel is located at the very end of Wimbledon Broadway and is the largest hotel in Wimbledon My hockey club held their annual dinner here in one of their function rooms. The hotel was nicely decorated with a chic modern feel. The function room was a good size and we enjoyed a 3 course meal, the usual speeches and awards before the room hosted a disco The food, which came from the hotel's kitchens, tried to offer choice but was average in its execution.
What pulled the star rating up were the staff, who made us feel welcome and we felt well looked after. This is a nice venue for events and if the bedrooms match the public areas, it would be a nice place to stay
