We booked this last minute and could not have made a better choice. The hotel was clean rooms good. Lynn and Paul we very friendly and helpful breakfast was excellent. Would definitely stay there again.

I'm disabled and needed to have certain things taken into consideration. The landlady Lyn was absolutely fantastic. Really friendly and approachable. The availability of disability scooters was brilliant. Thank you.totally recommend

Incredibly nice staff who were helpful and considerate. The owner was rude and inconsiderate. He chucked my partner and her family out over a issue with their rooms roof which was out of there control. This was not a professional way to handle it but the staff on the other hand were extremely considerate and immediately refunded there last night away.

This is definitely a smoothly run bed and breakfast. Staff were extremely hospitable nothing to much trouble. Full breakfast was hot plenty of it and choices from full, vegetarian, omelette etc. Would highly recommend. Location excellent close to seafront

Absolutely fantastic Stayed here with my brother who has walking difficulties and mum who is getting on a bit now. To say we were well looked after is an understatement. Very close to all amenities. My brother had a scooter for the week which was perfect Lynn and Paul are a credit to the industry. Breakfast is delicious. The room was disabled friendly. We all had a very relaxing wonderful week. I can't recommend the hotel any higher. Just perfect. See you next year.

This place is a Gem. Disabled facilities are first class, rails, wet rooms infact everything you could possibly need. Complete with Bar and an impressive American, Vintage Jukebox. Staff are lovely and can't do enough for you. Well done to all of you we will be back.

Clean and tidy good stay. Good breakfast vegetarian and meat breakfast have own bar and some slot machine old ones and jukebox land lady and land lord. Nice and plight 10 stars would a stay again yes close to sea front 10 mins to tower

I had a fab time with my mum stayed from 30 December to 2nd January. Bedroom are very nice and the beds are excellent. Breakfast in the morning is amazing. The staff is very kind. Very tidy hotel has a nice little bar too.

Very friendly and welcoming owners and staff, nothing was too much trouble for them. Parking available, walking distance to seafront and all amenities and to top that off, a lovely little bar downstairs. Breakfast was freshly cooked and theres plenty to choose from. Thank you, will definitely stay again

I took my niece and her 5yr old daughter, the room was great for us, the fridge in the room is very useful. Paul and Nessa are fantastic hosts. We felt really welcome they couldn't do enough for us. Felt like one of the family, but still had plenty of privacy. The bar is great value. Good range for breakfast. And breakfast wasn't a rush as it's served between 9.30 and 10.00. Didn't have to vacate till 11.00. Had a brilliant time and will definitely go back. Praise to all the staff.

Actually pretty nice if you like the smell of death, human feces on the toilet handle (not a joke), and being woken up by the owners arguing outside your window. So, yeah, all-in-all it was pretty nice.
