The Sandgate is a long established traditional welcoming guest house located in the town centre of Skegness. The accommodation comprises 8 bedrooms, most of which are en-suite. We offer family bedrooms that will accommodate 3 or 4 persons, doubles, singles and twin. All bedrooms have T.V., tea and coffee making facilities, towels and complementary bathroom toiletries.Free Wi-Fi is available. For relaxation we have a comfortable welcoming lounge and a cosy reception. From Easter, full English breakfast is served in our dining room with a choice of cereal starters.

What a lovely guest house. Very comfortable and very welcoming owners. Everything was spot on, no complaints at all. Also very central and close to everything, no need to drive. Delicious breakfast is being served as well to fuel you up for the day. The owners are so friendly and welcoming. They made our stay very comfortable and memorable. Will definitely recommend.

My partner and I stayed at sandgate for 3 night and we had such a lovely stay. Tina and Mick were so welcoming, friendly and lovely. always interested to have a conversation with their guests. Full English breakfast was lovely, lots of choice, a full home from home experience. our room was lovely. quiet and cosy. great value for money. 10 out of 10 for making us feel welcome. 2 minute walk to skegness Town and sea front. Tina and mick were helpful in recommendations for lunch and things to do. its a massive 5 stars from us. we have already planned to stay again. can't wait. Will always recommend the sandgate b&b beautiful cats and a lovely dog thank you for having us
