We had our wedding reception here and from the initial viewing, the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. They were experienced in planning/running a wedding whilst still receptive to our ideas, allowing us full flexibility in personalising our day. The venue was clean and fit for purpose, some areas required a small amount of maintenance/DIY but not enough to impact on the day.
The food was lovely (we had canapes, a 3 course wedding breakfast, evening food and breakfast the next morning). All our friends and family loved celebrating at Gray Manor and many of them stayed at the hotel for several nights. We are incredibly grateful to all the staff at Gray Manor for helping to make our wedding so special, all of the staff were so friendly and attentive but Jason and Lex really helped us throughout the whole process - thank you!

I had a breakdown just outside, went in to use restrooms and the man who was at the desk (forgot to get his name- he's South African) was very considerate and offered my coworker and I refuge in the lounge whilst waiting for recovery, they also had tea and coffee for us on the house. Overall a lovely place with exceptional staff, would make for a great venue, or stay!

A beautiful hotel in a lovely area. We only stayed a couple of nights, and didn't take full advantage of all the amenities. The room was very quiet, very clean and cosily warm, with a good sized TV, free WiFi, and tea/coffee making facilities. Lovely sized gardens and car parking. I'm sure it would be just as nice in the summer months. Also, a short drive to the legendary Stone Henge, and other local places of interest.

Lovely family run hotel with a super friendly team. Everyone we spoke with was super happy to help, checked we had everything we needed and really looked after us. Jason took amazing care of our dog and what more can we say. For that they get 5 stars alone! Food was great as well, we ordered calamari for starters and ribs and burgers for main, and all of it was delicious!
Great portion sizes and eating out on the patio on a warm summers eve was a real treat. Although breakfast was continental, it was a fantastic spread! Plenty of something for everyone (yummy sausage rolls!) and lots of space. We loved our little break and would certainly come back! Thanks for a wonderful stay!
