Lovely and clean as usual. Very helpful. Shame we couldn't have the amazing English breakfast but quite understandable because of the small dining room and Covid. Fantastic alternative Continental in our room. Look forward to our next visit.

I would rate this as a good 3 star but poor 4 star. Bathroom fittings are functional but cheap domestic. No menu available for breakfast and only offered ceral and a full English

Sited next to a roundabout dissected by 2 main roads. Large, clean, well-appointed rooms, reasonable rates and Susan, the owner (along with her husband), is a lovely, welcoming and interesting host(ess).

Very friendly place and great host, good breakfast and functional bedrooms. I think it's a bit over priced, 91 B&B at the weekend. But we enjoyed our stay.

Lovely warm welcome from Park house hotel. Room was comfortable with a very good shower. Unfortunately they do not serve food at the weekends but there is a lovely pub a mile up the road that does very good food. The bar was quiet and comfortable and you can either charge drinks to your room or pay cash. We stayed for the bike racing at Thruxton and it was a perfect base to get to the track.

It's a Motel, but it was clean and warm for the night. Not a very good value. However, there are not many other places around so they can charge what they want, and they do. This should be at best a $50/night room. The kitchen staff is extremely nice!
