The Ravenswood

Perfect place for our wedding. Staff were superb from planing to the day. We couldn't recommend them and in particular, Yvette our wedding coordinator, highly enough. The Ravenswood really take care of you and make your day something to remember. Beautiful, picturesque grounds and buildings. We had our wedding at The Ravenswood in May and cannot recommend it enough! We fell in love with the venue on our first visit and it did not disappoint on the big day. Every detail had been thought out allowing the day to go so smoothly. Our wedding coordinator Lynne was amazing- from helping with arrangements in the lead up to the wedding to ensuring everything went to plan on the day. She was always there when we needed her! Thank you to everyone at The Ravenswood for helping us have the best day!

Great time. Staff were great and everything was there when needed. Maybe need to chill about the neighbours a little ( if there's a body of water, some lawns, and a small wood between you and them then they're lying if they say they can hear your guests - we know coz we went and stood the other side of their house, phoned our friends and had them scream at the top of their lungs and we didn't hear a thing!) Breakfast was on point and exactly what was needed the day after the wedding. Most importantly. The bride and groom didn't have a bad word to say and that's what matters the most eh

Our wedding day was incredible. still speechless at how perfect every detail was for me and my wife. We honestly couldn't have done even half of what we achieved had it not been for our incredible coordinator Katie C. She has such a contagious, vibrant and supportive personality and went above & beyond, all with a smile - and trust me we had a lot of bumps along the way! We have has just been to s friends beautiful wedding here. The whole place is really lovely. Such lovely grounds. Staff very welcoming, nothing was to much trouble. The wedding venue was stunning.

Where to begin. From our initial enquiries to the weeks after the wedding, The Ravenswood have been absolutely incredible. We got married on the 05th March, and had the most amazing day. The whole day was planned so thoroughly and nothing was too much to ask. Ceremony, confetti, drinks reception, wedding breakfast, evening reception - everything was beautiful.

The amount of people we have had tell us it's the best wedding they've ever been too has been quite unbelievable. A special mention goes to Katie, our wedding coordinator. One of the kindest people we've ever had the pleasure of meeting. She was around for any of our silly questions, day or night and I feel lucky to have had her around on our special day.

The evening staff all went above and beyond to help us too, and I wish we could thank them all individually! If you're going to book your wedding at The Ravenswood, you will have the most incredible day, one you won't forget! I wish I could write more.but I wouldn't be able to stop!

What a perfect place for a wedding! We all had a really great time and the team here were fab. Lots of us stayed in the on site accommodation and really enjoyed it. Highly recommended!

My daughter's wedding went extremely well. Very friendly helpful staff, food was excellent. Accommodation was clean, bed was really comfy and beautiful view from bedroom window of the grounds. I highly recommend.

What a beautiful place. Building, grounds and staff. Just got home from overnight stay after our sons wedding there yesterday. We were so lucky to be able to have the actual ceremony outside for a November wedding. A small corner in like a turret in the magnificent grounds. No wonder it is booked up so well. Even dates in 2025 already so if you are planning to think about having a wedding there get in now.

Beautiful and unique venue with gardens, lake etc. Popular for weddings, with good reason. Good food, staff and bars. Rooms available. Only open when function taking place (it's not a pub/restaurant).
