Queens Hotel

Very friendly and helpful staff and a very clean and well equipped room, with a spacious en suite bathroom. A bag of quite a high amount of goodies was given to me to eat in the room for breakfast. Superb experience for the price.

Very clean rooms, beds are comfortable as well as the pillows. Toilets are clean and showers are spacious. Kind and helpful staff. I asked for a room for a view and I got the best one of the hotel : I would totally recommend this hotel for its location and service.

Rooms are clean and tidy but little compact, situated at a great convinient location to see around london.packed breakfast provided.

Avoid this place. I'm only giving 2 stars as the staff were very friendly, we got clean towels and made the bed each day. However the rooms were tiny, the beds uncomfortable, the curtains were stained, someone next door to us were smoking in the rooms so it also smelt, not necessarily the hotels fault but it didn't improve our stay. The bathroom was clean but the shower was useless.

The room was clean and the hotel was in a good location. However, to advertise as breakfast included, you understand why you don't pay extra for breakfast. You're presented by paper bags with a muesli bar, yogurt and a couple of fruits as well as a packaged croissant. Honestly, we walked in and walked out when we saw the breakfast the next morning.

It was disappointing as the other reviews said there was a warm breakfast too. We ended up going to a nearby cafe for breakfast. This 'hotel' is better for literally sleeping at and being on your way the next morning. So if you don't expect to eat something at the hotel when you wake up, then this place isn't a bad choice.

Don't book here. We booked two nights in a family room and you would get more space in a prison cell. The breakfast, and you're not going to believe this was a doggy bag. Yes, you heard it correctly. There was no breakfast area like the pictures. The receptionist goes and gets you brown paper bags, in fact most of the pictures have either been taken at an angle or look alot worse.

There is also no proper reception. That was a picture taken, next door! There is a guy who sits in what I can only describe as a broom cupboard. In fairness to the staff they were all pleasant but it actually felt more like a hostel than a hotel. Rubbish was also piled high and spilling out of wheelie bins outside. Go elsewhere.

Clean and basic but good 2 star experience. Reception staff were friendly. Bed was comfortable. Small ensuite was fine. Breakfast was collected from reception in a brown paper bag. Croissant, Nutella, apple, yogurt, jam, juice carton and oat granola bar.

Only if you want to save money. otherwise pay twice more and stay in normal hotel. This is a small 2 stars place, can't call it hotel. Small rooms, no AC, tiny bathrooms. Nice people work there, but it is a really "low budget" place.

1st! Great location and just clean enough if you are on a budget. I will give Pros and Cons to simplify your decision: Pros: Location, staff service, ok cleanliness, some of the free breakfast, decor, WiFi strength, TV, 24 hour from desk clerk Cons: Thin walls so you can hear snoring from other rooms, poorly mounted window latches (on street level floor), some of the free breakfast, no privacy sings on room doors so staff just walks in, radiator heater that don't real heat, receiving spider bite, worn mattres If there is no other reasonably priced hotel this would be my plan B again.
