We had our wedding celebration at their amazing venue, it was the most special and perfect time for us. The staff were always willing to go the extra mile to provide us with the best customer experience, they took care of every detail and they made us feel relaxed, the service was outstanding! So lovely and friendly that we felt at home. Food was OMG, so delicious. Loads of options!
The catering was spectacular, I'll visiting their restaurant soon to repeat every dish and also try more of their cuisine. They prepared a cauliflower which was one of the most delicious dishes that I've tried in my life! A 10 out of 10 on every dish. Hats off to the chefs. It's, without a doubt, the perfect place for a celebration. I can't recommend this place enough! Thank you so much to Cristian, John and to the whole Queens Hotel's team, for the wonderful evening we had. I'd give 6 stars if I could.

I'm so glad we only stayed 1 night. We we're in the apartments at the back of the hotel. How they can call it a west wing of the hotel I do not know. The room constantly smelt of cannabis even though the rooms are non smoking. There was no view from the windows and you couldn't open them due to the pigeons and netting outside. Constantly hearing pigeons and noise from the kebab shop below. Creaking floorboards from above.
My husband couldn't get in the shower due to the sink obstructing the shower cubicle. Then to top it all workmen from next door starting hammering and drilling at 7.30 am. We checked out the pool and sauna the wet room out of order, the pool was tiny and not very clean. We didn't have the breakfast as decided to go elsewhere, found a Travel Lodge up the road and this was excellent will book in there next time we visit Brighton. When we reported these issues to reception when we checked out they didn't seem to be phased or bothered by my comments as they were used to it.

Absolutely worst experience. Loud music, too many stairs (not suitable for disable) and the staff was the worst. As our room stood right over the disco party, I naturally asked for a room change. First they said the music would stop at midnight, maybe 1am, as if this was acceptable. then they wanted to charge me for a room change. Was only when threatened to call the police all night that they granted another room free of charge, provided I would change back the next day. never been so disappointed and disgusted in a hotel in my entire life.

I wouldn't recommend staying at the hotel if you want a good night's sleep - you can hear and feel any movement from the above and adjacent rooms. There is a nightclub that blasts music until 5am which can be heard and felt from the rooms - the bass can't be blocked out. I can't fault the staff who made our stay excellent, upgraded us and wished us a happy anniversary, and we had good massages and with a bit of luck and timing got a good swim and sauna in. The room was huge, clean, great views. Unfortunately these things weren't enough to rate higher as our Saturday was tough on four hours sleep.

Great location. Clean room with clean towels every day. Beds made every morning and always tidy. Swimming pool nice and warm and the sauna was nice as well. The downside for me was not having a mini fridge in the room and creaking floorboards which did get on your nerves especially people walking from upstairs at all hours of the night. I would stay here again but would ask for a better room.

This is a review of the spa facilities only. Really good value for money at 7 to access for the day. The sauna and steam rooms are both modern and clean and staff came to check frequently while I was there. However, the experience is let down by the changing rooms and showers which are cramped and run down. There were several groups of unaccompanied teenagers (under 16) there so the access rule as stated on the website is not being enforced.

Location was great, staff were lovely. The view from our apartment was beautiful. It was so good we stayed for an extra night. The only down side is there weren't really much options or variety with meals provided by the hotel. But because the location is so good this was not seen a problem. Would recommend for others to stay here and stay in the apartment. I would visit again. Also the bose speaker was a nice touch :-

This was a good hotel for the price. But we went in late January (cheap). I suspect if you go in high season you might have different thoughts. Breakfast was buffet and for the price was very good. As mentioned by others, the staff were fantastic. We had a sea view at the side which looked towards the i360 and the road. and the sunset. Interest at all times.
It's 20 yards from the laines! The gym was very good, for a hotel gym, swimming pool was warm and 10m x 5m. Lift was fast. It didn't rain. the sun even came out. winner. There was noise from a night club, but hey it is Brighton Central. You should always pack earplugs even if it's for the seagulls.

The good: - location, location, location - nice shower/bath - pool, sauna, and gym - location - semi-secure storage before/after your stay (hotel staff open it, but any patron that gets let in can grab a bag.potentially yours) - location The not-so-good: - hotel signage (we found multiple instances of conflicting signs) - very old mattress (I had springs jabbing into my body all night) - breakfast (grab a croissant and breakfast sausages and call it a day) - hotel staff were pretty lukewarm

It's 4.20am and I'm currently trying to sleep in the bath of our hotel room to get away from the noise in the bedroom. There's a club outside somewhere with music on so loud that it's made it impossible to sleep. We've called reception and they said they will 'ask the club to turn the music down'. We paid extra for a sea view room so if you do book here (which I highly recommend you don't) then don't book the front of the hotel. Really disappointed as we were looking forward to an evening out of busy London and have both now been awake all night. Avoid this hotel.

We got a bargain on booking.com for the tower suite. amazing view looking right at the pier etc. quite business-like but still romantic. jacuzzi bath was great, bathroom was v large. really comfy bed and lots of room in the whole suite as well as a sofa/table/tv etc. friendly helpful staff. will return when we can afford it!

At one point, I uttered to my boyfriend 'well this is just like hell'. To be fair, it wasn't all the hotel's fault. I had a bad migraine, I wanted to sleep. But the non-stop noise from the club outside made it feel like I was sleeping on the street. Constant chatter from the street, car noises, clubbing sounds, this is what hell must be like.
And to make matters just that bit worse, our room reeked of cigarette smoke when we entered.* So much for a non-smoking floor. To make matters really worse, the bed was rock hard. The pillows were rock hard. It's like they hated my head and wanted it to suffer. It also kind of annoyed me that checkout time was 11am. Is it not universally 12? On a good note, the breakfast included in the room was of a good standard.
Nice bacon, sausage and egg. I just wouldn't stay here again, I have to have fluffy pillows and quiet time. Because I am a grumpy old lady, okay?! * And we could hardly open the window, could we?

I used the Queens Hotel for their gym, it's a nice little workout area with a small pool. The biggest benefit is you can pay by month or by trip, so you don't get landed with a huge monthly gym bill and a contract they make as hard as possible to get out of. They also have a Sauna and steam room, which when people don't bung up with menthols, is fairly pleasant. They also have a nice cafe/bar which is good to chill in after a workout, though I am often straight round to Scoop and Crumb for a tub of ice cream.

This place is well worth the money and the option of the spa allows you to treat the other half to something a bit different. Currently they are doing a full body massage for 35 which from other reviews I know is cheap as chips. Some cracking sea view rooms which are ideal and right on the sea front and will win you many brownie points! In terms of what you pay for what you get in Brighton this place is ok but there are some places that are cheaper and offer similar levels of quality.

Sick of being palmed off with a room the size of a shoe box? Check into the Queens Hotel then. A mammoth hotel a stone's throw from Brighton Pier, it has over 90 rooms that you could comfortably play a game of hide and seek in. As a bonus, half of them have incredible sea views and are a great place to watch the sunset with a glass of bubbly.
The hotel was recently refurbished too - so all the rooms feel shiny and new with crisp white bedding, dark wood or black furniture and LCD TVs. Every room is en suite and has a big bath or shower. I've stayed a couple of times and was pleasantly surprised by what great value the Queens is since double rooms are often available through the hotel and Late Rooms for the bargain price of 69.
My only tip is, if you go during the summer season and there's only rooms at the back left - ask for a high floor. The noise from the clubs at the back might keep you awake on a lower floor. I'd give it four stars if they modernised the gym area downstairs. As it is - you have to walk through the gym in your costume to get to the swimming pool. Not big, clever or hygenic!

I have been going to brighton for business meeting and just little breaks for the past 4 years and after staying in a few hotels, the queens hotel is a definate everytime i go now. The staff are very polite to my many requests. The gym and sauna is very well designed and relaxing. The breakfast is lovely, full english available as well as continental.
The hotel is very clean, and you are not disrupted by any neighbouring guests. However you may be well aware of the brighton nightlife, being in student central it's expected but it easily drowns out if you close the windows. The hotel is about 2 minutes walk to the pier. The only down fall is parking, but its the same in brighton. My advice is park to the left of the pier it's free after 6pm and only 5 minutes walk from the hotel. Or you can park in the marina all day till 6pm then move the the pier therefore not having to pay for parking : Enjoy your stay

It might be worth paying extra for a sea view room because on the other side of the hotel is a noisy bar, one nightclub and spearmint rhino. We stayed on a Monday and Tuesday night in September and the noise from idiots coming out of the bar or club kept us awake all through the night - this continued right through until 6am so goodness knows where they were coming from!
The breakfast at the hotel is lovely - you really couldn't fault the quality and choice of food. Staff were friendly and helpful although when we checked in at 3pm the cleaners were cleaning the room from the last occupants and we had to wait 15 minutes outside the room while they cleaned it. Check-out is at 11am so why they waited until 4 hours later I don't know. The best thing about this hotel is the location, just across the road from the pier and at the end of the laines so great for shopping which is why we picked it.
