Having been here before the pandemic i can safely say that the management at the Kimberley have done an excellent job. Last night was the first for the restaurant opening and yes there wasn't a large amount of people and maybe the atmosphere but it was clean, safe and the food and service was excellent! WELL DONE. room was clean and quiet and comfortable. Covid protocols were followed and the all the staff have been brilliant. Would definitely recommend again.

Very warm welcome, parking available. Spacious well furnished bedroom, the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in. Large spotless clean bathroom with thick fluffy towels. Food and service excellent, dinner was delicious. Would definitely stay here again.

We stayed in an executive room and glad we paid the extra as it was really spacious and had everything we needed. Also our room was at the back of the hotel so very quiet. We had dinner on the first night as part of our package and it did not disappoint. Another great feature is that you can walk into Harrogate in 7-8 minutes which means you don't have to worry about parking.

Awesome little hotel. I enjoyed my stay. Breakfast was delicious. A little too much light gets into the room from the hallway through the bottom of the room door, but other than that no complaints. Oh, and parking should be included in the nightly rate, but regardless I will stay again.

Great location close to the town centre, polite and friendly staff. The room we stayed in was quite small and no air conditioning which was unlucky as we stayed on the hottest day in july, fans provided in the room would of made our nights sleep more comfortable. Our only use of cooling the room was a small opening window facing on to a busy kings road so our experience of sleep wasn't great.

Lovely place to stay. Everything appears to be original but very well kept. There is a charm that makes you want to come back here again. My room was in the roof so I had a window that would open into a balcony. I loved it.

Our stay was ideal location, beautiful bathroom with a good breakfast. Not enough plugs for mobiles and laptops/radio. Two pillows on each bed however one pillow on each of the beds were very lumpy. However slept well. Heating could of been warming in the rooms as a bit cold unless under the duvet. We would go back. X

Great staff. Rooms very nice and accessible room is truly that. Shower and restroom very easy for my son to use. Also has accessible entrance from outside to just outside room door. Have enjoyed everything about this hotel. Highly recommend staying here. Location great with easy walking to downtown, bus station, and train.

Stayed here 13/04/19 and was really happy with the room. Plenty of space, clean and well equipped. Bed was comfortable although it was a little on the small side we slept well. Really nice breakfast included in the price as well. Staff were really good. Receptionist provided us with a map and highlighted all the places suited to our needs (bars and restaurants). Couldn't have made us more welcome.

Very nice hotel. Informal atmosphere and very friendly staff. Good size rooms with comfortable beds. Very close to the town centre. Good parking facilities at the back of the hotel and easy accessible for people with a limited mobility. The hotel has a lift. The breakfast is poor. The full English is basic and the "Continental Breakfast" is subject to great imagination. A small plate with 4 slices of ham and a small plate of pre- packed plastic cheeses does not deserve the name "Continental breakfast".
