Set in 7 acres of beautiful North Devon, from The Pines we can help you organise cycling on the Tarka Trail, Cliff walking, Surfing, Canoeing and other water sports. There is a different beach for each day of your holiday within easy reach; Dartmoor and Exmoor to explore, gardens at Rosemoor and Tapeley as well as the fishing villages of Clovelly and Appledore.

Enjoy our superb home cooking and comfortable ensuite rooms; breakfast served before an open log fire, and a relaxing drink after a days exploration and activity. Pets are welcome.

North Devon has some of the most beautiful coastline in England and the little hamlet of Eastleigh nestles 1.6 miles (7 minutes drive) from Bideford to the west and 9 miles (20 minutes drive) to Barnstaple to the east. The fishing village of Appledore, the estuary at Instow, the gorgeous sandy beach at Westward Ho! & the Tarka Trail are all close by.

Such a Beautiful part of the world. The Heard's have sympathetically restored and have tastefully furnished the property. Such luxury tucked away from most of hassle of modern day living. There is everything you need all set out without complication. I would highly recommend this gem of a find.

Lovely, cosy cottage, beautiful gardens, hot tub, great kitchen facilities, comfy beds and friendly, welcoming owners. Ideally situated for beaches, towns and local attractions. Would highly recommend!

A beautiful cosy yet spacious cottage. Everything you could need plus the daily essentials all ready for you when you arrive. The owners are very friendly and welcoming and full of local knowledge to get the best from your stay. My highlight was the hottub. So relaxing and because it is in placed in the private garden of the cottage it is usable any time of the day or night. Highly recommended this property for anyone looking to stay in the area.

I was visiting the area on business and stayed at the pines due to its location and pictures. They did not disappoint. Friendly service, lovely location and wonderful food. Would definitely recommend this little gem.
