Have just spent two fantastic days at the Park Hotel in Barnstaple. It was on a jubilee special offer and we had a lovely time and enjoyed every moment. The room, food, staff, ambiance and overall experience was amazing. The meals from breakfast, bar snacks and gala dinner were delicious. Definitely recommend a stay.

Beautiful decor. Staff friendly and helpful always have time to stop and be sociable. Very clean and all current guidelines being undertaken to high standard as we have experienced at other brend hotels. Particularly like that brend appear to employ local people.

Without a doubt the very best hotels in uk, from the park to victoria we have tried them all and its amazing how the service is exceptional through every brend hotel each hotel has the same dna. As a family we have stayed with Brend Hotels numerous times, but were appalled by how we were recently treated and won't recommend to anyone again. The morning we were due to stay at The Royal Duchy my Grandmother suddenly passed away - rather than being treated with the empathy and sympathy you would expect from a family hotel they demanded payment in full including for all evening meals on the spot. We were in such shock that an hour after her death we were being asked to find a credit card to make an instant payment over the phone.

One of the managers Daryl Spry is the reason we come here time after time. Both our parents are disabled and Daryl cannot help us enough, my parents love him! Unreal service and the food is equally as good. The best for miles around. Love the Franklin's

Lovely rooms and exquisite dining area food was top class and the staff as polite and well turned out as any hotel I have stayed in world wide. This hotel is a must for anyone staying for a week or less.

Devon Hotel Exeter. Amazing location, spacious clean rooms and fantastically friendly staff. Stay here a couple of times a year to go shopping in nearby Exeter. Food in Carriages Brasserie very very high standard, better than some high class hotels I've stayed in! Would highy recommend it.
