Attended a wedding at PineLodge over the weekend. Staffs were friendly and attentive to our needs. Lovely homey atmosphere as well. Overall good experience.

Little more cutlery in rooms would be nice such asbreakfast bowls etc. Restaurant experience was very good. Overall very neat.

Never will I ever go there. We thankful that we decided to book only one night imagine had we booked the whole weekend ?! The headboards were dirty, bedding could see it's old because the colour was off white and I had to remove my sheets cause of the stains, I wasn't going to put my body in misery sleeping with them. The mats had stench and the shower had a terrible smell when my friend tried to use it. Not recommending anyone to go to this place.

Dissapointed online booking not a plan and info not accurate with picture TV not working fridge leaking for us coming from far I'm sorry to say not like when I use to bring my mbsa sports team even left to come sit at a friend and me and wife maybe we sleep there never the les it's my money down the drain and we were planning a big family visit to my son I don't even want rate because for me it's 0 rating

One of my favorite places to visit. However, this year the receptionists were grumpy and a bit unhelpful. While everyone else from the security to the cleaning staff were very friendly.

The camp was fantastic, cleaningness was great. A lot of activities for the kids. The one thing that they can game up is, the Reception they seem constipated and are not very helpful or friendly. Myself being in the hospitality industry, I have noticed a lot of stuff. When you go to reception they are not friendly, everything you ask is as if it is peaty for them.

On the playstation door it is written that it is open unil 9pm, which the unfriendly receptionist told us, bring the bats etc back by 6pm, which gave my kids half an hour to play. Everything gets blamed on covid when I asked why. They told us we do not need to pay for going into the nature reserve (before arrival) when I arrived for a permit the rude receptionist told me the last permt for the day is out we have to pay oh my word, the way she spoke to me was disrespectful.

I have never came across such miserable, grumpy, moody reception people in my life. Reception is obviously the heart and soul of the business. People in our establishment comes back for the service and quality and the welcoming of reception. The Reception didnt even say thank you for my stay and didnt even greet me on my departure. my advice will be to send your reception for training!

The worst stay I have ever had. We had to check out early and into a different place because the people behind us kept us up with their loud music and we complained numerous times to the manager and security and they did nothing. The security would come and speak to the people and as soon as the security left they just turned it up again. They even went as far as playing the music right outside our window.

Pure spitefulness. And the reception was not happy about having to give us a refund for our accommodation and didn't even apologize for us having to leave early. I don't want to even give it a rating
