This was a 'stay of two halves'. A very good Sunday lunch, excellent spa facilities and dinner in the evening was followed by a rubbish nights sleep as we were above the kitchen, which started up at 7am. And a pervasive reverberating hum from somewhere. On closer inspection the next day our headboard was up against a giant extractor fan that you can see from the car park.
The breakfast must have been a different team. The sourdough and fresh bloomer bread from the day before had been replaced by supermarket sliced and slightly burnt muffins. Reception did give us 50 off for the rubbish room. A good hotel, an excellent restaurant and spa.but don't stay in room 8!

My partner and I had the most amazing wedding at Park House Hotel on 18th December 2021. The Events Manager (Demi) was incredibly helpful throughout the whole process making everything seamless and the staff team at the hotel were brilliant. Nothing was too much trouble and they went above and beyond to make it a special day for us. All our guests raved about the quality of the food and the drinks were also great!
It made such a difference being able to get ready onsite in their lovely lounge and then we were able to stay all weekend to make it really special. A large proportion of our guests also stayed over which made it more like a wedding weekend than just a day! All the rooms are very impressive and the breakfast is just as good. Last but not least, the spa is also a great addition.
We went on two different occasions and it was always lovely and quiet. This makes a big difference compared to other hotels where these areas can be overrun with guests. We both ended our visit with a massage and facial which was a lovely end to the perfect weekend. We couldn't recommend the venue enough and will certainly be back!

My husband took me here for my birthday. It was lovely! We stayed in Polo cottage which was perfectly sized and comfortable. It had a stair gate which was broken and we had to fix. Don't use the upstairs bedroom if you're tall, you will bump your head. The staff were all very pleasant, helpful and kind. I had a gorgeous massage with Nicolette in the spa.
Up there with one of the best massages I have ever received. We enjoyed the pool and jacuzzi. We also played some putting golf and table tennis. We had our dog and toddler with us and she enjoyed the gardens and room and she was treated so warmly. Thank you for a lovely stay! We hope to come back.

Great place if you really want to treat yourself to a big of style. They have two wimbledon grass standard tennis courts, crown green bowels a little golf course and chopping green and even a crocket lawn (? Spelling) Food was lovely the staff really friendly and willing to please. Certainly worth paying the extra money if you want to feel how the other half lives.

Out in the country, about 3 miles south of Midhurst - so you need a car! Saw the place online and it looked nice, so went for lunch. Lots of activities to do - croquet, tennis, pitch & putt, table tennis, putting and a spa. Reasonably priced food and well presented. We were made to feel very welcomed by the waiting staff, especially Emma (with the blond pony tail - thank you!).
One thing. the hotel cold be a victim of its own popularity as there is insufficient parking space. I parked in the field opposite. Heaven knows what it would be like after a deluge.

Beautiful! The Hotel, the spa, the staff, the food - Park House has got it right. The country estate is brimming with history and quirky decor. Guests vary from those out on day shoots to passers by like myself. The gardens are beautifully manicured and the entire area is buzzing with wild life. I would highly recommend popping in to visit the spa and having a bite to eat at very least - make a day trip of it - you will not be disapointed!

As a rule of thumb, my wife and I don't go away for weekends in the UK. Not because of some snobbish need to go abroad; quite the contrary, we'd prefer not to have to fly, but because for some reason the British don't really cater for weekend breaks very well. However, knowing our thoughts on the above, we were encouraged to try the Park House Hotel and in short, we'll be going again!
The service was magnificent, the food wonderful and the facilities second to none. The swimming pool (indoor) and spa are set in the most excellent building. There is also golf (small, but suitable for my declining level!) and optional cycling (we tried, but we're probably too old!). In all, we spent two extremely relaxing nights there and I look forward to doing the same again next year.
