Brambles Bed and Breakfast is conveniently located less than ten minutes from Tiverton town centre and is only 2 miles from the M5 (Junction 27), A38 & A361 intersection, providing easy access to locations throughout Devon and Somerset including Bampton, Barnstaple, Bridgwater, Crediton, Cullompton, Dulverton, Exeter, Honiton, Minehead, Plymouth, South Molton, Tiverton, Taunton, Torbay and Wellington in Somerset.Perfect for a relaxing short break or holiday in the Tiverton area it is also ideal for anyone attending a wedding or function nearby, meeting family and friends, house hunting, working in the area or breaking a longer journey into Cornwall, Devon, Dorset and Somerset.
Services
We routinely offer a range of breakfast options however if you require something specific please let us know and we will endeavor to source it for you in advance of your stay (vegetarian, gluten and dairy free etc). Hot Drinks: Fresh Coffee or Tea (a selection of fruit and other options are generally available upon request).
Distance - 3 1/2 miles from the M5 at Junction 27 via Sampford Peverell and Uplowman (slightly further than the route typically suggested by SAT NAV systems, but avoids a half mile section of very narrow lane with few passing places). Please note we do not have large commercial signage. 1. Exit the M5 (or the A38) at Junction 27 onto the A361 dual carriageway (signposted Tiverton and Barnstaple).

Friendly welcome from Alison, lovely room and views from beautiful garden is out standing peaceful place to relax and take in the views of lovely Devon countryside, our room was very comfortable very clean and the owners Alison and David have thought of everything, breakfast was outstanding very well set out dinning area lots of choice. Will be back.

Lovely B&B off the beaten track in a peaceful and scenic village location. Friendly owners. Comfortable room with a really good shower and a smart TV (which was a nice touch). Also, had ample parking. Only thing to bear in mind is the single track road which makes access a bit tricky (however the owners do email over detailed directions prior to your visit).

A beautiful location in the farming community which provides easy access to the surrounding area if you are happy on single track roads. Car parking available on site. Hosts are great as was breakfast, such a choice on the menu. The rooms are comfortable just a little tight when your personal proportions are a little on the large side.

Warm and friendly welcome, and beautiful garden. The setting is quiet and peaceful, and lots of nice touches within the room - tea, snacks etc. The room was clean and a lovely shower. Parking is easy. The breakfast was delicious, and extremely responsible attitude to social distancing etc. We had a thoroughly lovely stop over. Thank you to Alison and Dave

We stayed two nights with our grandmother on a trip to see family. The bed and breakfast is located in a quiet village a comfortable distance from Tiverton. The rooms are lovely, really cosy with everything you need. Breakfast was delicious - a great selection and care of food sensitivities. The owners really made you feel welcome and looked after. There is a real attention to detail here, from the snacks in the room to the extra blankets. We will definitely be staying here again.

Complete pleasure and surprise to find such a lovely place to stay. Alison and David are supreme hosts ensuring that every thing is as it should be. Our room was in the main house and I would certainly ask for this one again although the other rooms looked just as good. There is plenty to do around Tiverton and the area around, which is Devon at its best.
The Old Well garden centre is amazing and the horse drawn canal boat is a real experience. Being B.B. owners ourselves we can really appreciate the care and attention that Alison and David lavish on their lovely home and business. I nearly forgot to mention their amazing garden and the far ranging views across the Devon countryside. Totally recommended, well done. David and Clare

We had an awesome stay at Brambles Bed&Breakfast. The room was very clean and beautifully decorated. The owners are very very kind and the breakfast and room service were wonderful. The quiet area is perfect to relax from the daily busy life. We can absolutely recommend this B&B and will be happy to stay there again if we have the chance.
