Lovely hotel, barman Carl lovely chap, owner made a real effort to say hi to everyone on our arrival day, breakfast ok clean and friendly will stay again

Central location, lovely team (especially the hotel manager David), clean rooms and a big hot tub. Good breakfast. Family friendly. Strongly recommended.

Terrible service, the cook on Monday does not know how to cook an English breakfast, the place is abhorrent. Shall not be coming back. The owner had really feminine hands and his legs were way too skinny and disproportionate to his body and I think he was a shoe size 2, which is strange being over a 6 foot tall man. I also saw him wearing heels up the stairs posing for the CCTV camera. Idk, weird guy.

Great place to stay! Brilliant location and the rooms were clean and comfortable, although the main reason why we return to the hotel is due to Carl the manager. He is absolutely brilliant! Helpful, obliging and he cooks a mean breakfast! Will definitely return again providing he still works there.

Stayed here for my birthday Karl checked us in he was very friendly room was warm and clean and lot's of tea coffee and milk Karl also cooked a lovely breakfast both morning's

Lovely staff very clean accommodation. Excellent breakfast to start the day of. An easy walk to Bournmouth its self poss 10 mins Parking is available, but at a small fee. A little bit naughty realy as you are Guests. However it is off road and safe. We would come again.

The place itself is okay, the room was fine, a bit small but can't complain for the price. however the receptionist wasn't welcoming at all and ruined our arrival at the hotel Firstly as soon as we got in he looked and my mum and told her to smile. This was so disrespectful and inappropriate that my mus was absolutely shocked and did not know what to say since she came from another country to visit me and didn't speak a word of English.

He then explained very briefly where to find the room and told us that breakfast time was between 9 and 10am, which I found it a bit late for an hotel. Anyway, I asked if there was any vegan options for myself or vegetarian options for my parents, he just said 'NO, we have eggs if you want and did not even try to meet us halfway and find something that we could eat. We ended up not having breakfast, which is annoying since it was included in the price. I wouldn't recommend it. If you have rude staff you can't get more than 1 star.

Very poor. Rooms two floors up. Clean but full of non fitting furniture smelt smokey. Bunk beds and a very squeaky double bed. Bed side spot light broken and hanging by wires off wall. One bedside table and other spot difficult to reach. Breakfast included but not served until too late for us at granddaughters graduation. No help in just getting cereals or toast for ourselves so we went without. Would not go there again under any circumstances

Stayed here for 3 nights in august, we had a family room. My son loved the bunk beds in room, breakfast was great. The owner is a great guy, really accommodating and overall a really nice friendly family run hotel. Awesome location 5 mins to beach.

Good location, hotel clean with a nice breakfast, friendly staff, parking a bit tight but not a problem if you leave your keys at reception. Only issue was the dodgy lock on room 5. Overall a pleasant stay.
