From its vantage point overlooking St Michael's Mount and the bay, Mount Haven Hotel has a distinctly contemporary feel, lending itself to a more informal, relaxed and relaxing atmosphere. It's a world away from the hustle and bustle of modern living, an oasis of peace and tranquility. In 2001, when we took over the hotel, we embarked on a major refurbishment programme, which included knocking out entire walls and moving windows. The result is a light and airy, and very contemporary space that maximizes the stunning views afforded from our unique position.

Clean, friendly, reasonable prices, comfortable, gorgeous view, accommodating. what more could you ask for in a hotel? the only disappointment? that we only stayed 2 days. not only was the hotel terrific - the restaurant was amazing. honestly, the best dinner we had during our 9 days in the UK. we had no plans for dinner, were tired, so decided to eat in the hotel that night. the entire meal - from starters to dessert - was absolutely delicious. and the staff had smiles every time we encountered them. just a wonderful experience. highly recommended.
