Had a great experience here and will be sure to return when next in London! The location is great, the shard just on your doorstep and also conveniently placed near the tube to get you elsewhere. Room was ready many hours before check in which I really appreciated, and the male member of concierge who was working this weekend I found super helpful and polite.
The breakfast was nice, and plenty of staff on hand who were keen to help, by bringing you toast or make you a hot drink. The room itself was clean, the mattress and pillows especially were super comfy. The view was okay (nothing special), as it faced the roof of another building. Otherwise can't complain.

Outstanding customer service began on the phone well before we arrived with a lot of great extra help. On arrival it didn't let up as Alpay and his friendly professional team made sure everything was great. Our room (520) had a nice tub. The water pressure was full on and as hot as you could ever wish. The Quarter Bar next door serves up very tasty plates and cocktails to die for! We couldn't be happier.

The staff at the London Bridge Hotel are extremely helpful and the rooms very nice and comfortable but what let's the hotel down is the breakfast. The fruit juices could be colder and and the fried eggs were just warm and over done. Also the bacon was so over cooked it was brittle. But my main complaint is the toast which came out every morning extremely burnt or so undercooked it was white. When I asked the waitress to change it she said "I didn't cook it"!

I actually really liked this hotel and enjoyed my stay. This hotel is booked for one night following a birthday dinner for my partner at the Shard. Priced well for location. I booked the deluxe room and it was a decent size. Hotel wrote a complimentary card to my partner for their birthday which was quite sweet. Room was clean We paid for breakfast in advance and food was of a very good standard and although it was buffet style hotel staff served the food as part of the Which I assume is part of Covid measures.

We stayed at The London Bridge Hotel for 3 nights over the new year. We were able to check in early at midday. The room was very clean and well equipped, and the bed was very comfortable. The reception staff were friendly. We didn't eat at the hotel so can't comment on the food. We were given a voucher for a free drink at the hotel bar as we were celebrating a birthday. The hotel is in a great location, right next to The Shard. Would definitely stay at this hotel again in future.

I onced loved and raved on about this Hotel. Though, it seems to have lost its touch with the dining experience. At breakfast, it feels like you are being rationed.please go back to a traditional buffet experience, rather than only getting one of everything. It makes such a difference. The check-in staff are fabulous and welcoming, but the staff in the restaurant are so not attentive and really don't seem that bothered. 5 of us staying here after a corporate event all came to the same conclusion. A real shame.

Fantastic! Staff absolutely lovely! Special thanks to Reception Staff, Robert and Chris Porters and the people that cleaned my room every day. Really was like home from home and so convenient for tube etc. The Staff really go out of their way to make you feel welcome and make one's stay as comfortable as possible. Makes me proud to be a returning Londoner after living for 17 years on the South Coast in Hastings. ( has left me in no doubt that it was the right decision to come home). Thank you all so much and look forward to popping on to say hello once I am settled. Very best of luck to everyone for your future.

Had the best stay over at thr London Bridge Hotel! Friendly staff, perfectly clean rooms! Excellent choice at breakfast and even better cocktails in the bar! Amazing location for the shard and Borough Market! The hotels concierge was so smiley and made us feel very welcome! We even managed to check in a lot earlier which we wasn't expecting! I will be staying again! Thanks so much for a fabulous stay!

Stayed for several nights while attending some meetings at the Shard. Can't beat the location. Less than one minute walks to the Shard, underground, Burroughs Market and several really good restaurants and bars. Friendly staff, small, but clean and comfortable rooms. Nice international breakfast (although coffee wasn't that good). Wish they had a fitness room and self laundry. I would still return.

I would recommend this hotel to anyone that asked. We loved the location. We could just walk out of the hotel and find so much to do plus we had a pleasant walk to the Big Bus stop. The most amazing thing about this hotel is the breakfast. They could not have possibly added one more thing to make it better plus the service is outstanding. You have the feeling you are in a fine dining establishment. I'm sure it was the quietest hotel i have ever stayed in Too.
Very nicely decorated. We had lots of questions of the staff for getting around and seeing things and they had the answers to anything we could ask plus they seemed so happy to talk to us and help us feel comfortable in London. Just a few block walk to the London Bridge and then a little further walk to the Tower Bridge were certainly highlights.

This hotel is conveniently located near the tube system, scenic areas and mostly importantly, there were some nearby eateries. It's not the easiest hotel to find, because it's not really visible from the main street. However if you're getting off the tube, you'll eventually find your way there, right before the overhead bridge.
Check out the Farmer's market during the weekend, it was one of the major highlights for us: http://www.yelp.com/biz/borough-market-london-2#hrid:C1YfEsUqSJnE71Qt_tiBiA The decor of the hotel is modern and they did a really good job with the upkeep. We had fluffy pillow, plush duvet covers and a very comfortable stay here. They did offer free wi-fi, but it was fairly slow when we needed our phone applications for directions.
They offer the most fantastic English breakfasts to wake up to. The service is 5 star, professional and the food was delicious. The breakfast buffet is self serve or you can order your eggs any way you like it with the waiter. We each had our own french pressed coffee and/or tea. The eggs were freshly scrambled, sausages were fresh, baked goods were lacking and overly sweet, so just stick with the fruits.
My only MAJOR complaint: I have to say I'm being generous with the bell service. I gave them a perfectly fine suitcase and by the time I got it back, my handle was broken. Needless to say, all they said was sorry and it was such a hassle from there on out, since this was not the last leg of our trip. Having my poor husband drag the heavy suitcase to the streets, onto the tubes, the airports and then throughout our other trips was a big drag. I shouldn't have to buy another suitcase since they broke mine. If I had any courage, I should have asked them to compensate me for breaking it.

Stayed here this week mainly because my company has a corporate rate but also it's a 5 minute walk to our London office. Semi-friendly, okay amenities and decent location. If it wasn't for work, I highly doubt I would stay here again. Receptionist were okay too (I was hoping for cuter ones but eh). At least they had normal teeth unlike most Brits I see here. I know. That was so wrong but I had to put up with Europeans and Brits making fun of Americans throughout my conference.
