Arrived at a pre booked hotel for work purposes, absolutely taken back by the location. Stunning area. The hotel was very nice, great friendly staff and amazing rooms. Didnt get a chance to use the bar area as we were out elsewhere but it looked very friendly and well set up. Breakfast was a great buffet with many options including veggie. All in all the best place I've stayed on work so far. Looking forward to coming back again on holiday!

Expensive for the room you get. Really needs updating and there was a old smell to the corridors and rooms. The showers and bathroom could of been cleaner too. Disappointing really. Was lucky enough to have a room with a view otherwise it would probably be less stars

Great hotel, comfy room and very handy for everything. What was also fantastic was the service. I left my jacket at the hotel in February but only realised in April! Rang the hotel, spoke to the lovely Ffion who posted it to me the next day! Definitely above and beyond. THANK YOU Ffion! You are a legend!

Nice food, very friendly staff. Hotel could do with a bit of an upgrade but understandably times are tough after Covid

Spent an enjoyable 2 nights in a family room. Never seen a hotel room with so much space and storage. Friendly helpful staff. Good choice of beers. Good choice of food at breakfast. Only downside was the evening meal which we felt was over cooked. Chef must have taken his eye off the boil. That said. Would recommend the hotel.

We met up for a family meal and due to the weather asked to be seated early. The staff were amazing and accommodated us on a nicely situated table and tended to our every need. Food was so tasty and service was friendly, attentive and timely. Would definitely recommend

Stayed here for 4 nights at start of month and everything was fine - no problems/issues what so ever. Great very friendly service and many thanks to reception who pulled out all the stops to help me with a major booking issue that was completely my own fault. Breakfast was fine and the two evening meals we had in the airy dinning room were very good. Finally they don't allow dogs, which is how it should be in a good hotel.
