Fantastic experience in Bron Eifion yesterday filming for a S4C programme the settings and scenery was amazing staff were brilliant and plenty of coffee inbetween takes had not been there for years so nice to be back and had an afternoon tea in the conservatory to finish the day off. Thank you all you made an emotional day a lovely day x

Very rude manager (there are customer service training courses available) TOLD us to leave as there was a wedding party that had exclusively booked the whole hotel. Maybe some signage or mentioning this to the other members of staff (already pouring my g&t)! Lovely venue but my friends and I won't be returning there in a hurry.

Stayed here 8 years ago and was quite impressed, however this time the hotel looked very tired, cracked tile on bathroom floor and washbasin was also cracked. The garden looked neglected, weeds and brambles over paths. The food was very average, not good value, whilst the staff were very good they could not solve lack of wifi and a television that would only work for 15-20 minutes.
