BY BUS - Victoria Station to Heathrow Airport. The first bus leaves Victoria at 06:30am daily. Gatwick Express runs between London (Victoria Station platforms 13 and 14) and Gatwick Airport every 15 minutes, and every hour during the night (00:50 - 05:20). The trip is non-stop in 30 minutes in either direction, and you can even buy your ticket on the train.
This tastefully decorated four-storey building comprises three attractive Georgian townhouses - beautifully restored and continuously maintained to offer the best comforts, as well as an elegant decoration and very useful services in each of the rooms. A complimentary continental buffet breakfast is available during your stay, with selection of cold/hot beverages, cereals, muesli, freshly baked croissants, boiled eggs, fruit yogurt, fruit segments, cheese, toast, jam & butter.

Standart small london hotel room, nothing special but clean and enough space to put down clothing and luggage. Nice staff, allowed us to store luggage bevore and after check in/check out. Great location, behind Victoria station, about 5-10min walk to underground. Can't reccomend breakfast! Very small, overcrouded room (on a friday) very basic, blant food.

The room was a good size but was cold as one of the windows would not shut and when we asked for someone to help, the person on reception said that it could not be shut due to ventilation and it was on the second floor so no need to worry about people getting in, which also contributed to the room being noisy as it was on the main road. The bathroom wasn't the cleanest and could be looked at and because of this, we didn't want to use the shower. On a plus note, the bed was comfortable.

My experience of this hotel is that it was disgusting. Both myself and a colleague did not stay despite a 5 night booking. Mould in various places in the bathroom Carpet dirty and torn. Headboard had something smeared on it in several places Headboard also loose and falling apart. Computer chair was full of dust. AC Unit, above bed, full of dust. Bathroom mirror broken. Room was wide open on arrival. See the photos as evidence.

Room was fine at first no issues at all, but when we came back after an evening out our room and the room opposite had no power. We had to pack up all out stuff at 11.30pm at night to swap to a different room. The new room hadn't been cleaned, was smaller than the first room and was in very bad condition. The breakfast was awful, only choices were toast, Cereal and standard drinks. There was no non dairy options for milk so if you are allergic/dairy intolerant/gluten intolerant you couldn't have anything!

This is a budget hotel and the standard of fixtures and fittings reflected that. It was clean and comfortable with generous supply of towels. The staff were pleasant. It is very centrally located close to Victoria Station so expect some noise. There were a few minor issues remote control not working, bedside lights not working and out of date milk on the hospitality tray.
Although a continental breakfast is shown on the website, this wasn't available during my stay and unfortunately this had not been communicated at the time of checking in otherwise I would have made alternative arrangements. In summary, a clean, central hotel which had it not been for the minor issues outlined above, I would wholeheartedly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a no-frills budget hotel.
