Kingsland Hotel

Unfortunately we left the hotel after an hour of waiting at reception waiting to check in. There wasn't any staff around at all. We had the chance to talk to another guest at the hotel who said the service wasn't great at all. I can't comment on the rooms however due to the terrible service I wouldn't recommend! Please make sure you read other reviews before booking, I'm glad we found somewhere else

They have bed bugs. Don't go. Worst experience ever.be very careful.

Absolutely no starts, we got there and left within 20 minutes! Found hairs on the bed, most smallest bathroom! Electrics seemed rather dodgy, after 5 minutes of charging my phone the plug and phone were hot to touch! Poor service! Did not feel homely whatsoever. Do not waste your time and money to stay here. For the price we paid it was not worth any of the pennies.

Very poor customer service, the receptionist Raul was not very helpful over the phone when I was requesting information about the hotel and seemed to be half asleep when I arrived, I was greeted with a 'We Are fully booked' rather than asking if I had already made a booking and again appeared to be half asleep and not very welcoming. The decor in the room was very dated and the bedsheets looked very raggedy and felt itchy on the skin, the bathroom looked very poor and looked to be incomplete in certain areas, the room size was very big however the TV was extremely small with the bed uneccesarily far from the screen, would not recommend or stay here again

I unfortunately booked this hotel for my brother and his two children for a one nights stay. I was shocked at all the feedback i received from him and photos to back it up. Absolutely disgusting! Please save yourself a very disappointing stay at this place. Should not be run as a hotel, it is below 1 star. Starting with the rude staff! who did not budge at all to help and try and sort out what was wrong.

All his complaints fell on deaf ears. You can see they are so used to it! You do not get what you pay for. No internet which is what it says it had! Everything is broken and EVERYTHING is dirty!.walls, carpets, beds, curtains, bathroom.literally everything. There should be a law against this hotel running! Especially in a city like London. So disgusting!

Disgusting hotel only just checked in and I can't wait to go home! Looks like it's not been cleaned since pre-covid! Avoid! Thank god I'm only here for one night!

Not tidy, chairs in room were moldy. The bathroom smelt of old urine. The attendant at the desk barely came off his call to speak to us. We went to the room, looked at the state of it and decided to leave. When I returned the keys, the attendant was not even interested in why we were leaving. The owners of this establishment need to buck up!

Personally, this hotel was the worst I've ever stayed in. If there was a feature to put 0 stars I would. The second I walked into reception, I saw a bug next to the door. I didn't think much of it at the time, as I was extremely tired and everywhere else was booked up. Before I got to the room I used the elevator as there was a lot of stairs, the staff should have warned me it was broken but when I got in and pressed the button it all started to shake violently.

I was overcharged as I paid 144 for a double bedroom but when I got to the room I saw 4 beds. I unpacked my bags and to what I saw again was another bug. This time it was small and red. The tables and bedding was stained, the tiles were broken and there was mold growing on the window. The electric and sockets weren't working and the tv wasn't either I was very annoyed and scared as I paid a lot of money for a nights sleep and it was extremely dangerous. I am not the type to write bad reviews but this hotel is extremely dangerous and it's a waste of money.

No stars. This place should be condemned. Rude unhelpful staff when you can find one. It's dirty, mould everywhere, broken bed, broken furniture, ill fitting curtains. A cleaner tried to walk in the room at 9am Sunday morning. Awful awful place. AVOID AT ALL COSTS! IT'S AN ABSOLUTE HOLE.

Very very poor quality nothing like picture's advertised, was dirty carpets, beds dirty sheets, dont get me started on how disgusting the bathroom was, never stayed cancelled my reservation and left Definitely a minus minus budget hotel

Worst hotel around, 100% not worth your money to book at this hotel, dont let pictures deceive you. Staff are unpleasant room quality is poor.

Dirty! Dirty! Dirty! Mouldy! Old! The room have not been cleaned for.ever?!?! Toilet seat was dirty. YAK! I would have posted a picture but it too disgusting! Carpet was dirty. I didn't use the shower. Keep away if you value your life. Wifi didn't reach the room at all. If I could give no stars I would have. Avoid at all costs!

Keep away! Booked online pictures are NOTHING like reality! Got to 'hotel' went to reception one lady sat busy on her phone didn't bother who had worked in. Next man who was known to be the MANAGER was speaking to his other guests colleagues in another language asked for us what he had to and checked us in. Went into the bedroom it was SHOCKING! Hair dryer had paint no lock on bathroom door bed side tables were all Brocken hairs on the bed toilet seat was discoloured sink was cracked tap was Brocken. i wouldn't give this place even one star. please dont book this hotel. Me and my wife checked out after 10 mins told them to Keep my money n walked out. Please dont go here you will be shocked.

Very dated rooms that sadly look far shabbier than those photographed. Bathroom main light did not work, only the vanity light and even that had to be fixed as it was flickering. Parking is available and staff are friendly. There is a small fridge in the room as well as good tea and coffee making facilities. Two proper glasses are also provided. Hand soap and shower soap some as a small bar that would fit into a toddler palm, so bring your own. Shampoo and conditioner is provided.

The room also stayed reasonably cold even with the heating on full and windows closed. Can be noisy as the hotel is near a busy roundabout but that's not really the hotel's fault. Main corridors and reception area is very nice.
