We sent one night at hotel for 98.10 welcoming on reception was not very friendly (difficulty to allocate the room booked via Booking.com) not smile at all and you will feel more like going through airport security checks rather to spend pleasant time in Brighton (after covid times). Good thing was very friendly staff serving the breakfast ( really 5 stars). Housekeeping- no comment, I added few pictures to make up your mind, definitely not 3 stars hotel and on top of it hotel smells like need redecorating.
View from restaurant is nice however according to cleanness I won't pay this price again (they did not even emptied bin from last stay no mentioned piece of chocolate under the bed.)

Well one star because of the location. It was good and convenient to get to the beach. Good comfy bed but the room was not good in terms of security. It was like staying in a sauna. We were given a room on the ground floor, which when we opened the window we were right next to the bins and the street. Brighton seems relatively safe but in the summer in a hot room leaving the window open next to the road doesn't feel secure.
It was also bin collection day so we were woken up at 6 in the morning. Thank you for the breakfast but it wasn't great I think more healthy options could have been offered. Overall good customer service but the conditions weren't the best.

Stayed for one night in May. Great location on sea front and clean, cheap rooms. Shower was barely warm at best, room was very very small and hot, staff unwelcoming and rude. We was asked to book in for either 8am, 9am or 10am for Breakfast - we chose 10am but when we arrived we were told that we need to choose quickly as kitchen is closed - they then had no mushrooms. Hotel is ok for a cheap night but you certainly feel like you are putting the staff out of their way for you to stay there. Wouldn't stay again.

Not bad for a few nights, we were given a sub basement room though which lacked natural light - this should be disclosed when booking. Bit of street noise but manageable. Bathroom was clean & recently updated, pity they put cheap acrylic shower bases, won't last long - should of went polymarble. Nice to have a fridge & clean kettle + coffee/tea/LL milk supplied.

We stayed for one night after attending a concert in the Brighton centre. It's a basic hotel, with dated decor and is faded here and there. The lift requires a little leap of faith and there isn't room service, but but it is in a prime location and importantly it's clean. I can't comment on the breakfast as they made a mistake and booked my partner and I a time slot for breakfast after breakfast had ended. We received a refund for that and checked out to find breakfast elsewhere. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Really enjoyed staying here, the front of house team are great, Lucia was really welcoming on reception and helpful! The restaurant staff are very friendly especially John! The beds are comfortable and the sea front room has stunning views. The location is ideal for a short walk into town. Would highly recommend and look forward to staying again

Ripped me off by charging one night when I was quoted for two. had no option to go elsewhere so were stuck. Paid 175 for one night! refused to let me pay for one or we lose the booking. Put us in a very dingy flat across the road not the main hotel. No bed. Just pull out sofa. Unbelievably uncomfortable. Had to ask for extra mattress to try and not feel the bars of the sofa. Spoke to reception and the mgr lurked in the background listening to our conversation but wouldn't contribute even when I asked.
Also asked for extra blanket which was never brought so I had to go to reception and get it, when I unfolded it, it was stained. Avoid at all costs. Much better hotels in Brighton.

Good three stars hotel. We stay two nights in this hotel. The hotel has easy access to the city centre and seaside. Room was clean but very tiny and hot. The air conditioner didn't work and we opened the window in winter to changing the weather in the room. Staff was friendly and helpful. For three star hotel was fine to stay there but they can improve their service such as use better bed and fix their windows. The good point is you can book car park space with them as well.

Our small room was subterranean view a view of the air conditioning units. The windows didn't open, and the room smelt like damp and chemicals. Bed was the smallest double I have ever seen. Was impossible to sleep because the room was so hot (air conditioning kept turning off), and because it was so noisy, with no sound proofing in the passages. Complained the next morning, and online after the stay but was not met with much sympathy, or any offer of a partial refund. Really bad; considering the room cost 131 for one night.

Really pleased we booked this hotel for a 2 night stay - we arrived in the middle of the night (3am) and Georgina on the desk really couldn't do enough to help us settle in, she is absolutely amazing :) Breakfast was lovely, well presented and the hotel really clean. I really cannot recommend this place highly enough, will definitely be back in the future, great staff team, nothing is too much trouble for them. It's also right on the sea front, and central to everything

Pretty much as expected for a three star hotel, adequately and functionally furnished with few trimmings. City view room was effectively a basement. Very high standard of cleanliness throughout. The staff are a great asset to the hotel - all were courteous, friendly and helpful. There is no parking. Compact and comfy bar serves hot and cold drinks. Time slot for breakfast had to be booked in advance. Breakfast was decent with several options including vegetarian.

I have to say that I had a pleasant stay here (1 night). Very close to everything, just 3 to 5 minutes walk to British Airways 360, also it is front the beach. The price is cheap compared to other options around, so if you want a place to stay it is a good recommendation. (I didn't take the breakfast but they had plenty of options)

We had a lovely stay at this hotel, firstly the staff are so friendly and helpful, they make a great team, the lovely girl behind the bar made us some lovely cocktails which were nicely priced, breakfast was delicious, not too much and you can help yourself to toast and jams etc, best coffee (I'm fussy) lovely clean restaurant. Our room was really warm and the windows don't open fully but the kind staff supplied us with 2 fans for our room. Location is perfect as it's right on the seafront, beds are comfy too, would return again 100%
