Such a lovely bed and breakfast, all the staff were so helpful allowing us to arrive early and being really helpful with parking the following day. The room was spotless and very comfortable and the breakfast was excellent. We would highly recommend this establishment and we will be back. Thanks to all of you

Excellent stay!10 out of 10,f rom cleaness of rooms!shower was best I've had in any hotel I've stayed!breakfast served quickly and by very polite staff!lady!didn't get her name? On Tuesday a, noon who signed me in!totally professional and polite and friendly!fantastic!thank you!plus 10/15 min walk to brittany ferries port!

Friendly & welcoming. The room was lovely, bed very comfortable. When we booked we didn't realise how close it was to The Hooe. Very tasty English Breakfast.

My wife and I really enjoyed our stay at The Imperial. The staff were great and the room was comfortable and welcoming. The cooked breakfast was really delicious. Our time there was a good experience.

Lovely friendly owners and staff, nice breakfast, pleasant room. Loved the personal touch of the 'history' of the ownership, made us laugh. Bit of refurb to our room is due including leaky shower cubicle and mattress but not a problem in any way. Great location too.
