Very welcoming, spotlessly clean and a lovely breakfast. Great location. At that price point it's an easy 5 stars

Love this hotel. If we decide to stay in Plymouth overnight, on route to Falmouth. This is our favourite family run, fabulous place to stay. From arrival, which is welcoming and friendly, to the location; close to the Citadel and short walk to the vibrant Barbican area, belly busting breakfast and off street parking. The best place to stay in Plymouth.

Great proximity to the shops and the seafront. Very friendly host. Breakfast was delicious. The only reason for not giving 5 stars was that the decor was quite dated, otherwise lovely place.

Small bit lovely b and b, owner lovely. Nothing too much trouble. Not disabled friendly though as lots of stairs. Good location by the theatre though.

Augustis and Nicki, This is the best B&B in Plymouth! My family and stay for 3 days at your B&B at the end of May and we loved it very much. You're amazing hosts and your food is amazing too. We thanked you for preparing delicious vegan breakfast for my son, he enjoyed it very much. Thank you again for all your amazing service and tips of places to see and things to do! Claudia Reber
