The amazing staff and hotel experience. I was greeted with a great smile by friendly clerk and made us feel like home. We went there due that we had family funeral, the front desk male and lady was very compassionate towards needs, tell us how to get around town. The room was clean, beds where very comfortable, love the room due that had coffee marker, mini refrigerator, microwave, hairdryer, working tv. Restroom had soap, conditioner, enough towels.
Outside beautiful pool, parking area was cleaned. They offer breakfast for guests, food was delicious and warm. Hotel offers ear plugs, due that there train tracks, make noise. So you can have good sleep. So happy with all caring, compassionate staff had towards me and my family member.

My room was very clean and had no musty air conditioner smells. That's most important to me. The decor has been partially refreshed, though some of the furniture is a little older, and laminate floors always feel cheap to me. The shower includes shampoo/conditioner/body wash dispensers instead of wasteful little single-use bottles. The hot breakfast is consistent from day to day and among the better included hotel breakfasts you'll find.
The motel is close to the freeway, but noise wasn't a problem. You can hear the freeway a bit, but it's nothing the AC fan on low won't mask. Overall it's solidly above average for a motel of its class.

A pretty straight forward Best Western, if you have stayed in one before. Not bad, not great.a good place to stay if you can get a good price. Parking is pretty tight, even for my Toyota, but some rooms, you can park right in front of your room. The room was quiet, we didn't hear much road or freeway noise. There was an elevator for the 2nd floor if needed.
There is a pool, but we didn't use it. Breakfast was pretty much the normal stuff. The neighborhood appears sketchy.our room was on the park side, and the local police seemed to be there a lot. There is food and a small mall down the street on the other side of the freeway, which we walked over to, and had no issues.

Very unfriendly and unwelcoming front desk person. This is very unusual for Best Western hotels. The front desk people are usually wonderful. Room was fairly expensive and not a great layout. TINIEST bathroom ever. There wasn't anywhere to put our suitcases except on the floor. A very strange and kind of empty feeling room. On top is this they charge $9 to park in their parking lot! Definitely not deserving of the "Plus" in their name.

This hotel is amazing. Great customer service with a huge smile when I arrived I was greeted with a warm welcome by a young lady named Alexandra she was very nice and helpful she checked me in and explained the parking as well as breakfast and nearby places to eat.this young lady was very helpful and welcoming, these things are so important when dealing with customer service.
I love the hotel small but big enough to suite all of your travel needs, I love this place safe and warm Just like being at home.i would recommend this place to any traveling between fresno and or modesto ca he'll just stop in and enjoy a great stay.i even had a chance to speak with management and I understand completely why this property is being ran so completely great

The employees were all very helpful and friendly. I am not sure if it was because of the holiday or the snow storm, but maid service didn't happen. The housekeeping staff brought things to the room promptly though. Everything was clean. Being a casino, there was the issue with smoke smell. Oh, the room was very quiet! I really enjoyed the arcade area, although I would have like a pinball machine.

Great customer service. The rooms are remodeled and very clean. Modern decor with wood floors. The beds were very comfortable. I appreciate the shutters rather than curtains for the window. We had no issue with train or nearby room noise. It wasn't as busy though. They have covid prepared continental breakfast. Everything was clean and wrapped up. They have cable for the tv. I am also glad they had a mini fridge and microwave. We felt it was comfortable and great for the price!

The website a Best Western Plus Cairn Croft looks wonderful and peaceful. I would have to say it's not that at all. The weekends staff are not very helpful. They look like they run around like they don't want to be there. When I asked for a supervisor I didn't get a answer, maybe there is no upper management who works weekend.

This has to be the WORST location. The front desk rep didn't know how to use the system we booked in advance showed her we paid and she told us if we can wait until her co worker clocks in and asked to wait in the parking lot. Then when we waited 45 mins when again we paid for our room she still gave us attitude. We asked to speak to the manager and she said there isn't one so when her co worker came they started speaking in their language i asked her can you speak in English that's rude she had the nerve to tell me. That's isn't called for l. I'm sorry but in this situation you speak in English so i too can understand. I advise anyone not to stay here at all. Worst experience ever

We had a lovely stay at this hotel. I went with my mother and 3yr old daughter. The courtyard was beautiful and the pool and play area for the kids was awesome. Everything was super clean. Front desk was very. friendly and accommodating. I have zero complaints but just more of a heads up. The courtyard area is open until 10pm which I didn't know. With small kids it can be a bit noisy.
Next time I'll bring the sound machine to drown out the noise. The only other thing is that the pool could have been warmer. My daughter got so cold her lips were purple! Anyone who wants to stay in Niagara falls but a bit off the tourist strip, definitely this hotel is a must! I'll be back for sure! Oh and get the fun pass package. You can only get it by calling the hotel directly. For an extra few bucks it includes parking, $20 coupons for arcade, free breakfast and $25 meal voucher for lunch or dinner.

I was desperate so I found this place for one night I will never stay there again. I heard people talking all night, so noisy due to the freeway across the street, room was not clean, people taking to parking spaces. I mentioned it to the front desk person that i paid for a parking space and there was no parking space available due to inconsiderate people taking two parking spaces "you can park across the street you just have to get up early and move your car" that's BS. I had to to give a star in order to to post a message.

I honestly don't even know where to start. From the moment we walked in we were treated like royalty. From the front desk to the manager Robin the staff went above and beyond to make this the perfect staycation! Amazing pool and water park for the kiddos, a ton of amenities Nearby for any and every need. I'm sure I could go on and on. But finger cramps due to typing this has me ending this review.

Upon arrival to this Best Western Hotel, and as soon as my card was run for payment. I was told there would be a $200 deposit on hold for 5-7 days! I was shocked! During my reservation made two days before there was absolutely no mention of a deposit, or just how much it would be. I was very upset and didn't want to comply with this unexpected notification.
I was told I could go someplace else. I'm not ignorant, I knew I could go somewhere else, however it was late and we just needed to clean up and rest. I am not giving this particular BW Hotel a favorable review and I encourage you to keep looking for another hotel. As for the room, it was stark white and very cold feeling. No comforts, and unusually bare.
I could get the same atmosphere at a motel 6! Please consider my review before booking at this hotel. I hardly ever leave a bad review for businesses, but I felt it important to let people be aware of the ridiculous deposit.

If you are planning to sleep past 7 am then do not get a room at this hotel. im so disappointed with the service and the rude staff this hotel has. i checked in a 3 am and the housekeeping ladies woke me up at 7 am making so much unnecessary noise outside my room tossing a rug, taking out the trash. i opened my door and complained to them about the noise and they cared less. i called the front desk to complain, its not fair that i reserved this room to SLEEP and the same employees are the ones to have no respect or consideration that people are trying to get some rest. the front desk told me " i cannot tell the people to not make noise, this is a public hotel". she made no sense, its the EMPLOYEES of a hotel making all the noise. they just dont have any customer service skills or manners. PERIOD. don't reserve a room here, its a waste of time and money.

This hotel is clean, quiet, and nice amenities. My only disappointment was in their lack of regard for Covid safety, and the health and safety of their guests. Despite signs indicating that mask use is mandatory, and how they take this seriously, many guests were in and out of the hotel without masks, and staff did not so much as even bother to ask for anyone to comply. Even the gentleman who checked me in was not bothering to wear one.

We were book August 26, 2021 with a complimentary date for one night although they were giving us for 2 nights and 3 days. Since it's Holiday, the receptionist in hotel told me that they don't have available day. So she booked for Sept 4,2021 and I try another day in el dorado Reno. So, when we came, this old lady with eyeglasses, told me that my room reservation was cancelled.
I said who canceled? Somebody called and saying it was canceled. I said, no I did not cancel, and if ever I cancel I make sure that I have a cancellation code. So she went to the manager and she came back. I said only one night, but on the receipt it shows 2 days. So since its complimentary, I decide for 2 days. Now, we walk thru the steakhouse, I ask if we need a reservation to eat, the lady told me that " no reservations necessary, you can come in anytime.
So the following day, we came and ready to eat. The guy who work that Sept 5@7:30pm said that all the guest are making reservations. So he discuss that we feel discriminated that time, most of the customers are white. And besides, there's no policy to make reservations. So, we decided to turn back and I said, you guys no policy, and discriminate us because we are Asian.
I feel sorry for them because I am ready to give them a big tip. That day, I won "$7455.00 It's their lost not mine. On the other hand, we check in eldorado because we will having a penalty if we don't stay. Well, I hope that boomtown don't judge people. They need more training, on how to deal with customers especially n the restaurant. Thank you- Cherry Also, be sure to do the right thing

Rooms were extremely overpriced. small items such as box fans, NOT AVAILABLE. bugs in the room. loose faucet on jacuzzi shot water all over the floor. Told parking is 1st come 1st serve if there wasn't any by my room then just needed to find the closet one I could. Ordered food from restaurant on location. picked it up when. I was told it was. ready and it was cold.
Now with my rant over. I will say the staff has been very professional. The gentleman who runs the play area is AMAZING. He even took time to play ping pong with guest. He definitely went above and beyond.

This is a perfect place to stop for the night. Clean, updated rooms, friendly service, great continental breakfast, cost effective and close to the highway. This is a roadside hotel so don't expect anything amazing, but for what it is, it's 5 stars all the way. One piece of advice: bring earplugs if you're a light sleeper. The freeway and train can be heard in the distance.

I had my wedding at bestwestern recently and it was absolutely perfect. Meghan, the event coordinator was incredible. She was beyond patient with many changes due to the pandemic. As our day got closer, she helped me stay organized and made sure our day was perfect. I highly recommend best western for your event day, they go above and beyond to make sure you and your guests are happy and having a good time!

UPDATED: After leaving my review I was quickly contacted directly by the resorts General Manager. He sincerely apologized and said he would investigate further. They were not able to find my bed pad but credited our card the cost of the pad and a little extra. I thanked them and felt that I should update my review and added 3 more stars. I would. like to also mention that the room was very spacious for our family of 4.
My crawling infant and busy toddler could get their wiggles out and we could relax with more than enough room. We especially liked the full kitchen! Also, the flowers they planted along the marina side smelled AMAZING! So nice to sit on our balcony, enjoying views of both the.

$100 deposit is required at check in. Rooms have poor sound insulation so you can hear commotion from adjacent rooms. Motel has no fitness center also. The good side about this place is the rooms are newly refurbished and come equipped with 46 inch flat screen TV, microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, sliding mirrored closet doors, hair dryer, flat iron, ironing board, luggage rack and extra pillow. Motel also has swimming pool on the premises. Motel is also next to a Pizza Hut and Popeyes chicken restauran!

We loved our stay at the Island Palms Hotel. The room was large and comfy. The location of the hotel was close to downtown San Diego. The front desk staff was helpful and friendly. My 10 year old loved the swimming pools and all the walking paths by the marina and bay. We highly recommend this hotel and cannot wait to visit again someday!

Before you book this hotel notice that there is 0 parking when you pay for parking. Manny who works the front desk tells us we can't have a spot when we have a receipt and printed paper for parking when a visitor takes up 3 spots with nothing for them to do who did not pay for parking. Not only this place has nothing other than WiFi so don't expect to use a gym, laundry, or even hdmi laptop to the tv.

Normally this is a decent fun place for younger kids but yesterday e drove up from Sac to let the kid play. I called before heading up making sure everything was still open and we didn't waste a 2hr drive. I was told everything was open and going. When we got there I went to get a ride bracelet and was told they were not working due to the corona crap.
Ok fine pissed I wasn't told when I called and asked, but that's a bull crap reason not run the rides. The extent of their corona protection was closing off one side of a two person game, there were no people walking around and cleaning off the games after people played them, nobody was cleaning the virtual reality goggles on that game and both seats were open on that game. So I wasted our time for some half hearted bull crap corona excuses.

Very nice hotel! The staff is very friendly and helpful. I had made a request to have extra pillows and blankets ahead of time and they were waiting in the room on arrival. The check in was very fast. The room is huge! I mean HUGE! Very clean. The bed was firm and comfortable. Two tvs. Wet bar. Seperate bedroom from the sitting area. Plus a private balcony/porch. The shower was huge too. Duel sinks. Highly recommend this hotel.

Disrespectful and racist night staff decided that little white children breaking into the pool area and running around the hotel making noice at midnight was acceptable but yet at the same time when a mixed. family is sitting on the bistro chairs outside of their rooms plying phone games, management feel they are unruly and call the police on the mixed family.
Why is it ok for one family to do what they please because of the colour of their skin but it's ok to pick on another group of people for the colour of their skin? Why is it ok for a hotel, during covid, to allow Covid protocols to not be followed by some but others get yelled at? Why is it ok for the hotel to not follow pool Covid safety by the pool?

We highly recommend this hotel to anyone who is going to Niagara Falls. Thanks again To ALL the Amazing Staff

TERRIBLE! $84 for one night and you can hear the traffic from room. sound like you're sitting on side of freeway. Have stayed in motel 6's before and didn't have this issue. Terrible location and insulation. Talked with owner on phone he said Tiffany "customer service manager" more like wanna win a debat would handle it on Monday. We checked in on Saturday at 8:00pm but didn't settle bc we unloaded our truck with valuable and prepared our kids for bed.
By 10:00 when getting bed we realized there's no way we could sleep. Reached out to clerk he offered earbuds and to speak to manager. 20 min later haven't heard from him. Owner offered another room bc it has been remodeled was just as loud in there at 11:30pm Called Tiffany "the manager" and she said you checked in at 8:00 pm and checked out at midnight. explained to her it's due to unloading f150 or belongings and loading back up.
And we didn't try to go to sleep until after our kids were settled in bed around 9:30-10:00pm She didn't apologize or try to problem solve. all she said "I'm not going to refund you" Terrible customer service. reached out to owner by calling his cell he ignored call. If you can't handle your business don't own one.

We have always loved Boomtown. We stay and play here often when we are in Reno. I had a birthday party for my daughter and my niece booked here. Today (2 weeks before the party mind you) they called me and to let me know they had to cancel their party because they didn't have any staff to run their fun center!?!?!? I'm sorry but if you are running a business and an entire section of your staff quits.
You need to be looking at management! Also you figure it out! You do not cancel something that has been booked, paid and reserved 2 prior to the event. I am now left to scramble to find a location for my 2 birthday kids in 2 WEEKS! Boomtown higher ups need to see this. The cancelation of this party means a ton of revenue loss in rooms, birthday party/arcade, gambling, food, drinks and gift shop losses. To say I'm extremely disappointed in Boomtowns lack of customer service would be an understatement.

Where to start! The hotel and restaurant staff were amazing! Couldn't have had friendlier people. I had my wedding their last weekend and from day one when I booked it Meghan was the most fabulous, helpful and caring person ever! She went out of her way to make sure our day was perfect, and was it ever! I literally cannot say enough good things about her and the staff there!

We have spent time here on many occasions, and always enjoyed ourselves. However this past weekend, we did not. Despite having extreme asthma, my wife does her best to comply with the current mask guidelines that are in place. I have upper respiratory issues myself, just not as bad and wear my mask a bit lose to help breathe. Every time one of our masks dropped a bit below our nose, a staff member would advise us to pull it up over our nose. Now, I understand they are in a challenging position and only doing what they are asked as employees.
That isn't my issue. My issue is that people are allowed to freely roam around smoking in the casino, not wearing a mask. We witnessed at least 4 occasions where a cigarette smoker was walking around mask-free and employees said nothing. But god forbid our masks dropped above our lip and below our nose. I might as well just lit a cigarette and walked around mask free.

I stayed at this hotel once before and when I booked it again I was notified when I went to pick up my room key that they had put me on a DO NOT rent to list no one could tell me the reason why. It was only me in the room the whole 3 nights I was there I don't smoke I didn't have ANY company I wasn't in and out all hours. Come to find out that I got put on the list for the individual(s) that rented the room right next to mine I DO NOT RECOMMEND STAYING AT THIS MOTEL if they can't figure out what room had the traffic or accuse another hotel guest for other people's traffic what else would they either accuse others of doing or try to charge other guest for rooms they don't have no connection to or with for damages NOT VERY PLEASED WITH THE MANGER THAT RUNS THIS MOTEL. I lost out on $400. Because of mangers mistake

I was recently displaced due to being evacuated because a fire was so close to my home. While attempting to get a room, the young woman at the front desk (Gloria)was extremely rude, crude and socially unacceptable. It was not my fault nobody showed up for work (her words ) I had sympathy for her for a minute but that ended when she was rude.

The standard room is clean, spacious, has a large bathroom, mini-fridge, microwave, safe, table and chairs, coffee maker w/ coffee, water, cups, etc. I'm not sure why the reviews are not that great but I've never been disappointed. As a single woman, I feel very safe going there alone. As for the service: The team is allllllll super friendly and professional.
Every single one of them say hello in the hallway, they make sure you are enjoying your stay if you catch them in the elevator- I honestly think the level of service here far exceeds many other hotels. I always have such a great time staying here. Also as a single woman who sometimes just needs to get away for a couple days, this is one of the only places I feel safe enough to go it alone. Thank you all so much! I appreciate each and every one of you! And great job to management for making this happen!

Okay, So! Like promised I came back, last weekend with a friend who has status and then tonight (July 1st) by myself, Boomtown is actually quite nice when you have a friend who has been here several times, you get the nice Suite, I'm not higher status, but best western diamond select got me into the north tower with two free drink coupons and a free car wash and a 10$ voucher for mels, I was able to combine with my Boomtown 5$ voucher and dinner was free.
I like this property much more now that I feel welcome and actually know Spike and the tremendous staff, they are working hard to make this a really good experience and I respect that. I am super excited to be a guest here especially now that Harrah's is closed, this is my home base, away from the hustle and bustle of the city, downtown Reno is not so great right now, Boomtown is very safe and oh, the steakhouse is marvelous.

The hotel management is completely unprofessional and rude. Don't stay here unless you like being blamed for the issues of the motel and poisoned by your room. There was feces coming up the drain of the shower the last day of our four night stay. During the duration of our stay my friend and I got extremely ill and had issues breathing, night sweats, and heart palpitations. Coming back from cancer, we were gravely concerned, and had no idea that the room was making us sick!
The front desk personelle mentioned that the room had recent plumbing issues and still chose to put us in that room! When confronting the hotel manager Gary, he blamed feminine sanitary products (excuse me, were you trying to suggest that this is my fault?), blaming me a second time and asked why I didn't request a different room. How incredibly rude, disgusting, and appalling.
There is a serious lack of interpersonal skills, and respect for human beings. Gary, I suggest you patch things up with your mother. When confronting customer service their response was to take Best Western Glendale to small claims court. The company as a whole isn't concerned about the health and welfare of their guests. They care about taking our money and blaming the victim when things go wrong. Consumer beware. I will never stay with Best Western as a company and suggest you really, really don't stay with Best Western Glendale.

Who remembers Boomtown!? From 1994 to 1997, Boomtown stood still and held its own in a town of mega resorts. With clean, comfortable rooms and a decent sized casino, once here one never had to leave the property. The dining options were always reasonably priced. Limits on table games and slots were always low and the place never got too crowded. The players club was generous and always gave away meals, hotel stays and freebies! I'll never forget my visits and stays here as a youngster.
The pool was just the right size and was always able to find a chair poolside without having to pay exuberant fees. Those were the days. Though the property has been rebranded as Silverton, the bones and spirit of Boomtown still are present.

We needed a last minute room to stay on a budget, but we saw this listing and decided why not. $200 for a "spa suite" we will make the most of it. The outside of the hotel does NO justice to the insides. Pros: Great front desk service. Free breakfast. VERY MODERN design. Quick elevator system for those rooming on the top floor. Right across from small businesses you may like.
Comfortable room. Cons: Weird small pillows. Parking fee? why? and why $9. After much thought, maybe a little pricey for a nights stay for being next to a freeway, and having a fee for parking with a small parking lot. **CAUTION** Some of the other reviews about this place are a little bit exaggerated from the truth. Best experience it for yourself before giving a 1 star for the smallest detail. lol

Checked in later then ever and they were still available. Very happy with that. Room was amazing love detail and design. And unlimited hot water. But best of all. The delicious courtesy breakfast. Waffles eggs potatoes yogurt cereal. There's a good verity that I consider pretty awesome. Kind like buffet that people forget to enjoy breakfast. But one main things I love about best western. Breakfast!

The remodel is nice. They have replaced the cheap cafeteria style tables and chairs out and replaced them with something a little more comfortable and appropriate. What has not changed? The food. It is not bad food, there is just nothing that stands out as extraordinary. The desert selection is good, the salad bar has all the fixings to make a nice salad.
The rest of the food is kind of bland. Hot dogs, basic hamburgers, and mostly standard food completes the choices. Our server was nice and the buffet staff we did talk to were pleasant too.

Updated review for Saturday lunch buffet: wow the reviews were correct, the batch of lobsters our party of 7 received this time around was almost inedible. It was over-cooked dry and the ones that were not dry were tasteless. I assume this is because the lobsters were small, the ones we had the first time were typical 1.5 pounds and hearty. The ones this time around were barely 1 pound and just not great and deserves the two star review. Unfortunately you risk a hit or miss here, the last time was great on a Sunday night and it probably is the batch of lobsters or the chef cooking them?

Beware of highway noise, bar music from next door, and sounds from hotel neighbors. The tv and air conditioning couldn't tune out the combination of those 3. (I'm also a heavy sleeper) Apparently you can request for ear plugs but who sleeps with those if you have solid doors, windows and walls? Like a previous reviewer said, it was like if there were no walls present.
Breakfast unfortunately didn't impress either even with the various selections. (Packaged bagels/muffins, eggs, pancakes/waffles, yogurt/cereal, some fruit, coffee/juice) Overall for the high price, can't say we were satisfied with our stay. I would recommend upgrading windows and doors rather to cancel out all the noise. (We've stayed at other hotels by freeways and they don't have this problem)

Best Western has been our hotel of choice. We booked online using Booking. Apparently it was a pet friendly room, I didn't notice. After being there for a couple hours, I noticed our feet were black. After cleaning my kids feet twice I went to the office. Showed them pictures. I was informed at this time that it was a pet friendly room. The front desk clerk told me that if I were to move rooms, I would lose my rate if I moved rooms.
I chose not to because I didn't want to pay more. She did swiffer the room and it seemed ok. Everything else seemed clean. Later the GM came to the room and brought us water and 2 snack bite size chips. She did not once offer to move us rooms. I told her everything else seemed fine but the floor. She said they mopped and was sorry. We told her there was no way this room was cleaned properly with how black my kids feet were.
The next morning, my kids socks were still very dirty. I then went to the office at check out and said more needed to be done.i was told that they would do nothing because I should have told the GM to move us. I was not willing to be pay more as I was told and she never offered. I was never looking for a free night, possibly a small discount.

Lobster buffet! They don't have much selection of other food but people mainly come for their unlimited lobster. I didn't come with a high expectation as it is only $36.99 I believe per person. 2 lobsters and you already made your money's worth back! I only saved my stomach for the lobster so it didn't matter to me that they didn't have much.
I ate 4 lobsters, a bunch of fried oysters (those were good), salad, and a bunch of dessert and i was stuffed! Don't expect the best quality as they're just pumping out lobsters for people! Also don't forget to go the sauce section to get butter for your lobster! Servers and everyone were super nice! Also liked that they had a huge bucket for your lobster shell disposals

This is not a Best Western Plus. I stayed in a King bed room and it was so uncomfortable. Over two nights I probably totalled 10 hours of sleep. The bathroom is probably the nicest part of the hotel although my drain in the shower and sink were very slow to drain. I told the hotel about it so they fixed it. Parking oh where to begin. It is terrible.
This is why the hotel is 2 stars at best and that's being nice. The parking spaces are small and many people take multiple spaces. I had to park on the street which was annoying since I had to wake up for a meeting and leave by 7am. I attached photos to show how bad parking is. Management didn't seem to care that parking sucks. It's unfortunate but I'll choose another BW next time

Lobster buffet $36.99, player card $32.99, kids under 9 $8.99, kids 12-9 $18.99. It is reasonable good. Unlimited lobster, choices of dessert is good. Caving station has ham, roast beef and sausage. Fried oyster is crispy. I took some peel shrimps and they are ok. I will stay away from fried rice. Salad is fresh and soup was cream of mushroom or tomato base veggies chicken.
I like the soup which is not salty. Server was so nice he check my drinks and gives me new pot of water when it is not hot. We feel service is good and attentive compare to those at Vegas. Friends who went skiing were excited to eat more food after a day of exercise. Lobster is a bit over cooked. But you can eat as many as you want. Craw meat tasted good. Price is reasonable. It is not Vegas. We are in the middle of no where. Price is a bit on high side but ok if you are hungry.

This is one of those places you go to for a feast. Preferably, if you starved yourself first prior to coming! It's changed a bit since the last time I came here.a bit on the "slipping down" side of things. The plates and the cutlery looked a bit worse for wear, and that it was probably time for a replacement. And they weren't of good quality either.
A little pressure on the fork and it would bend the tines. The food is good. It's a buffet, so expect to find some viands that have dried out on the food counters. The lobster is plentiful, and you may have additional claws when available. The carvery items look well prepared. They give you a choice of well-done to medium rare, sliced and put on your plate.
And the food is varied. Chinese, Mexican, American and a bit of Italian. And there is also dessert.but after all that buffet food, who would have space for dessert.? The service is exceptional. We were seated immediately and rushed off to the food counters once our drink orders were taken. And our server was always checking up on us with drink refills, or taking off used plates, or putting new buckets for our lobster shells.
Service here is on the plus side! The price is on the expensive side, given that they serve endless lobster. Overall, the place merits a visit. But only on that rare occasion that comes once or twice a year - birthdays or out-of-state family visits, for example.

I called in a reservation while taking a road trip and we were pleasantly surprised at the quality of the property. The front desk staff could have been a bit more knowledgeable about local restaurants (or what we consider to be "within walking distances") but we had a very satisfying light meal in the bar/bistro. We'd definitely stay there again.

I Love this hotel and the entire staff! I'm going to stay here every time I'm here in Puyallup, Washington! I'm so happy with my room and the amazing upgrade Nicole gave me, because I needed more room for my dog crates. Because I have stayed here before Nicole was so sweet to give me this upgrade! What an amazing place! Breakfast here beats Any place I have ever stayed at! Great memories here!

Probably the only reason why this hotel/casino has attendees. at a price point of $40~ after tax, it sure is quite expensive for a Reno Buffet. They're known for their unlimited whole lobsters in which I certainly did take advantage of. Fourteen lobsters later, I was stuffed and ready to sleep. The only other food item I had was a slice of prime rib.becuase that's all I had space for.
The lobster itself was more on the drier side as they just boil all the lobsters in one bulk basket. The garlic lobster butter made it more enjoyable though. It's an okay buffet if you strictly want lobster, but if you eat anything else, there is no way you can eat your money's worth. Don't even try to compare it to the Vegas buffets like the wicked spoon or Bacchanal Buffet. Wouldn't make a special trip for this buffet.

Staying here the whole holiday week and we have loved every minute of it the Staff, in particular Heather and another gentleman were excellent (even with low staff numbers and more work than anyone person. should or could handle) they would stop everything to help out with our little request Breakfest was always tasty and the pool area along with guest rooms were always clean. Only down side is the fitness room was placed on the 3rd floor so if your a light sleeper ask to be on the 3rd or 1st floor

The room itself was OK. It was clean, the refrigerator & microwave looked new, and the linens/towels were of good quality. The sink/vanity was nice. Now for the problems- the tub/shower didn't drain properly so that meant standing in dirty water during a shower. The wall A/C unit was very loud even on its lowest setting. There was no climate control, just a unit with low/high settings. That's problematic considering it's hot during the day and cold at night.
On the bright side, the noisy A/C helped drown out the sound of the freeway and whatever sketchy activities are occurring in the surrounding neighborhood. This is a VERY bad neighborhood. My wife and I did not feel safe. I'd recommend checking out crimemapping.com to see the sort of crimes that frequently occur around this motel. It's not pretty- lots of thefts, burglaries, and assaults.

Awesome place to stay. I had relatives in from out of town and the Best Western Plus (Glendale/Eagle Rock) was perfect. The room was absolutely clean, comfy and well-kept. The room's AC worked properly, the TV and cable were good and the bathroom was clean, functioning and had a soup/shampoo/conditioner dispenser. There's FREE WIFI, the check in process was easy and there's free morning breakfast.
The only gripe I had (as well as other Yelpers) were the small parking stalls. Be careful parking your SUVs, vans and pick ups. There's plenty of free parking though. The location is right off the 2 freeway (134 freeway is close) and the Eagle Rock mall is a block away (the Glendale Galleria is also a couple of miles away). It's decent, it did the job and we were not disappointed. BTW.the rates on hotels.com was affordable as well, about $150 a night.

Bad, bad location. Our trailer was broken into overnight, while parked just outside the main office. There's a shady bar next door and an even shadier neighborhood just behind the Inn. Noise from the 99 all night long. The beds and pillows were hard and uncomfortable. So I wouldn't stay here again. But it gets 2 stars because the room was relatively clean and looked like it had been recently renovated. And I was able to book a pet-friendly room with 2 queen (albeit uncomfortable) beds for a decent rate.
