Excellent service in the restaurant there were 10 of us for an 80th Birthday party. Food was fabulous really good value for money for a 3 course set summer menu. Definitely go back.

Went for St Patrick's Day meal with 6 other family member, meal was excellent but no gentle Irish music in back ground, so there was no atmosphere.

Met friends there for lunch. Was busy with some large groups gathered. Some for pleasure, some for funerals. We were sat in quiet sunroom type extension and we'll looked after by very hardworking waiter. All enjoyed our meals off various menus.

Wonderful 3 course Sunday lunch. Excellent friendly service. Great choice on all 3 courses and only 17.95 for the 3 courses including tea. You cannot lose.

Amazing little place and we only get to see our good friends in a while and revisiting this place was ace due to our friends getting married at haigs years ago. Staff were excellent and the food was exceptional to be honest and made our day with our friends once again an amazing memory shared. P.s the chocolate brownie pudding has to be tryed by anyone with a sweet tooth lol. best ever . This is place we will continue to visit for a long time.

The restaurant is called Mckees they serve modern English food at a reasonable price. It has a nice atmosphere and the food is very well cooked. We come here often.
