The location is great quite close to the train station and the theatres. Price is very cheap especially for London, so it is ideal of you just wanna stay in the city one or two nights for cheap. However, there are a few downsides. Firstly it right next to the rails so the sound of the trains might keep you awake. Secondly rooms aren't really clean.
My room had stained glasses and a kettle with mould(or something like that) in it. Thirdly some of the plugs were not working (including the one minifridge was connected to). Rooms have keycards and they do have internet connection through wi-fi which works fine. I only stayed one night but I was satisfied considering it was very cheap but I would recommend it for more than two nights.

This is the worst place I have ever spent a night, including a night I was broke, missed my train, and slept on a bench in the station. There were clumps of hair in the shower/toilet, expired food in the fridge, the room was unbearably hot with the window closed, and incredibly noisy with the window open.

Cheaper than other hotels in the area, but for a reason. You will be hearing the trains running all night long. The mattresses are thin cheap and saggy. Tiny dirty and smelly rooms. Old carpet and curtains. Cleanliness was poor. Stayed only for 1 night, but never coming back again. Not recommended at all.

We stayed for 3 nights. The room smells BAD. We noticed it every time we returned to the room and opening the window didn't help. In the hotel lobby, and on our room door, was a sign that said to leave your luggage and valuables in your room at your own risk, between the times of 8am to 6pm. Wow. The room was dirty. One of our towels was covered in some black substance.
It was probably masscara but we honestly had no idea. We where concerned their might be bedbugs. The shower is basically on top of the toilet. The shower drain was so clogged that you could only shower for about 30 secs before the water buildup would flow into the room. The "breakfast" was literally cereal you get yourself and a piece of toast. Only open from 7-11. The pictures are misleading, the room is quite small. The only real upside is that the hotel is located a minute walk from Victoria station, where you can get on the tube.

If you're looking for a bed within walking distance of victory train and bus stations then this is the spot for you. It was clean and comfortable and while the morning breakfast required a wait due to popularity it was less than five minutes. The rooms, while small, had a towel and bar of soap provided and the toilet rooms are always close. Each room has a kettle and small fridge as well a sink for personal hygiene. I couldn't recommend this hotel enough, definitely will stay here again. If you want more space in a room you'll have to pay more but for this price I was very impressed.

It was a good location near Victoria bus and train stations and a food hall round the corner. Many tour groups left from the other bus station. It was a short walk to Buckingham Palace and Westminster Abby. The room was small and crowded but clean, fresh towels daly and the bed made, breakfast was simple and sufficient. Good value for the money paid. No complaints. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Amazing Value for London! Decent clean bedroom with fridge and tea making facilities, booked on booking. Com, we stayed in sister Hotel couple doors down called Alexander. Nice powerful shower, toilet facilities adequate. Breakfast was as much toast as you like with butter and jam and as much cereal, tea, coffee as you like! And at a price of 49 is amazing value for me and my young daughter! Will definitely book here again, very close walk to Victoria Station and the London /Westminster.

The experience on the whole was in my opinion alright, but could easily be improved. When we arrived we greeted the member of staff at the front desk and were met with silence, granted this could be in part due to my relatively thick, out of town, accent. However, personally not what I expect from a hotel. The room was clean and had its own toilet and shower facilities contrary to the information online.
My only unexpected issue with the room on the whole was the bed shook a lot whilst moving around trying to sleep and it sagged slightly in the middle. But not wishing to sound completely negative, when we got into the room there were clean towels and a soap for each of us, which is to be somewhat expected from a hotel, but still I have stayed in places where this is apparently not the norm.
The train outside was loud but didn't disturb sleep and in fact I woke feeling the most rested I had felt in a week or so. Honestly you get what you pay for, and if you are only staying a night and need somewhere cheap which is also close to a transport hub this was the only place we could find that suited that bill, and honestly for the money you get far more than I'd expect in that part of London. If I was looking to stay for one night I would likely stay there again, but any longer than one or two nights I would choose somewhere less close to the railway.

It's about 10-15 min away from the Victoria coach station. Cute small rooms with hot&cold water, central heating, a small fridge, there is a kettle also, tea, coffee, sugar. The bathroom is really small and using it was hard, but I'm thankful : We paid, I think, 40 for a room with two single beds. We couldn't make it to the breakfast that was included in the price, because we had to leave really early for our bus. But I'm sure it was delicious. That's it, thank you guys, you literally saved our lives. See ya!

The rooms are small and its no palace, but it's fine for short stays. The location is really handy too as it's only a 5 minute walk to Victoria station. The only issues we had is that when we stayed in the summer, it was so hot! I felt sick, the windows were open the fan was on but it was like an oven in that room. Went out into the hallway and it was nowhere near as warm as that room!
I didn't get a wink of sleep all night. the mini fridge and freezer was barely cold too. Also the check out time was 10am, and at half past 9 we had a guy knocking on the door demanding we leave now! The train home wasn't until 2pm we we wanted to stay in as long as we could. Would probably stay here again though for the price.
