Hilton St Helens

We had an afternoon tea and spa day here including a massage and it was all absolutely fantastic. The staff were all Very helpful and polite and the food was delicious. The facilities were clean and all in good working order and the massage was so brilliant. We would definitely go here again!

Room was clean with mini fridge and ac working pretty well. Good sized TV. Bathroom door was misaligned so closing it was difficult and need a good firm tug. Good selection of fayre at breakfast, with poached eggs cooked to order. Location is ok but nowhere near any facilities.

Nice hotel with a large carpark (free) to guests. Had no real issues with the hotel, the staff were very helpful and polite. The inly small issue was not many staff in the restaurant area so getting a table and service was slow.

Loved this place! My wife and I shared dinner, there was plenty for us both and it was really good food! We loved our room, spacious and decorated well. The only thing I would charge is the stress of rescheduling our stay (our friends who we were visiting in the area had covid) and extending our stay for an extra night (over the phone) being told it would be 82 but when we arrived it was 90 so that was very disappointing.

The spa was lovely, it lacked a bit of cleaning though. Everyday (3 days) we visited there was a pink vape left on the side by the hot tub and a dirt smear. The steam room also could do with a bit of extra cleaning but all in all, clean and tidy

Arrived Friday and booked in. Following day had to change room as toilet not working properly. Saturday morning hot food was self service and was completely cold so whole hot plate of food had to be replaced. Sunday evening stayed for evening meal, explained that one of us only eats small portions. Ordered a children's size evening meal yet was still charged full price-what a rip off. Apart from that the staff were very pleasant

A nice clean Hotel easy parking and comfy rooms. The morning breakfast was brilliant, tasty food and a great selection to choose from. Unfortunately, the walls were very thin and we had a lot of noise from a neighbouring room.

As hotels go this is as good as any holiday Inn locally. Friendly staff Great lunch options Nice meeting areas As of the meeting on Feb 1st 2022 the car park signage is a little misleading. It talks about paying or entering your number plate at reception. But was told that was no longer the case. But always worth checking when you arrive as a friend had been fined the week before.

Let me start with an admission. I booked two nights in the Holiday Inn by accident. I had intended to book into another local hotel where I have stayed on several previous occasions, but on arrival there I was told I had booked into wrong hotel. I blame Booking.com! My past experience of Holiday Inns is to say the least variable so I wasn't sure what to expect.

To be fair I was pleasantly surprised. The room was a good size and very comfortable. Good TV. Excellent shower. Water pressure in the wash basin seemed very low though. Breakfast was provided in a comfortable, friendly and relaxed manor and included everything you would expect. Had I known I was coming to this hotel, I'd probably have bought my trunks and made use of the pool and sauna. I probably will next time. and yes, there probably will be a next time. This booking may have been accidental, but the next time won't be!

GB really enjoyed our stay with the Holiday Inn at Corby. Gym and spa team great, great selection of treatments and girls very good and welcoming. Clean and fresh decor and presentation. Service was a little slow during the day, not sure if due to preparation for evening event? Security around non-resident guests in Spa area needs review as several women had issues with 2 male guests using very inappropriate language in the day.

Afternoon tea was lovely, sandwiches a little dry but loads of cakes a treats for a sweet tooth. Coffee very good. Dinner was amazing, huge portions, well made, Caitlin our waitress was amazing with our requests and got everything we asked for. Scots breakfast was freshly checked, hot and very nice. Chef brilliant.

We went to the 3d spa at the Holiday Inn. It's the third time we've been. Can't recommend it highly enough. The staff are so welcoming, professional, and make you feel special. It's a wonderful experience, everything is just perfect from the gym, pool, jacuzzi, steam room, sauna, and the afternoon tea is amazing. A fantastic experience.
