Just your average Premier Inn, polite staff, standard rooms, I found it quiet on the bottom floor. Great location for Wembley Stadium, 3 stops on the tube. Parking is a fiver, first come basis, but the barrier was broken, so basically free. Also free parking on the street too. We turned up around 7pm and found two spots on the road.

I can only give a 2 star rating. I've used Premier Inns a lot and they are usually good value and service. The service at Harrow was especially good from all the staff in the hotel and also the Beefeater. But what soured the whole experience was the food in the Beafeater. The evening meal and the breakfast were some of the worst food we've ever been served.

We stayed here for a concert at Wembley Arena. It was so easy to get to and about a 10 minute drive to the arena. The staff were pleasant, friendly and always on hand when we needed them. The rooms were clean and well set out and the noise was minimal, if any. Only 5 to park for 24 hours if you validate your ticket at reception and it has a handy beefeater attached if you'd like food before you go out. Will definitely be back. The only thing I would say is that I didn't think there were enough pillows for 3 of us and they were all really soft and no very full.

Staff were very professional and helpful. There were some renovations taking place near the lobby but this did not impact me. The room was one of their new designs and it was very nice. The ONLY issue, was being in such close proximity to the railway. However, this isn't such an issue to me personally as I grew up next to one. Might be an issue for some though.

Great venue! Kid friendly, with parking available. Food was very tasty and good portion sizes. Catered for kids aswell, friendly talkative barstaff. Good pints. Would go again and try more on the menu. Also has plenty of seating!

Very dated, not the usual comfortable bed, room very small and cold, heating was hit and miss. Noisy next to train track, we had a 2 night stay so would have expected a better room, we were overlooking bin area. 5 a night parking. Breakfast wasn't good, we had a booking for 7am, cooked buffet food wasn't ready at 7am, we had to wait around which wasn't ideal when we had somewhere to be at 8am, and there weren't enough staff on to cope. Had dinner in the Beefeater which was nice but waiting times to be served were long due to lack of staff.

We left at 4am as we couldn't sleep due to noise from other guests, uncomfortable bed and trains, didn't bother with day 2 breakfast. Disappointing place am afraid as the price was 144!

Bathroom had mold on ceiling and grout. Room was set to 28 degrees Upon arrival and stayed hot throughout the night which was very uncomfortable even with a window open. The bed was rock hard and definitely not a king size. The noise from the above room kept us up until 3am. Would not recommend this hotel.

Stayed in this hotel last night, reception staff was very polite and friendly on arrival and leaving. Room was very clean, next to train station but didn't hear a thing so had a great night sleep. If in this area again I will rebook this hotel. Thank you

Ok Hotel receptionist were nice but not very knowledgeable when it came to their own parking. So yeah Parking is a bit of an issue be careful the company running the car park aren't helpful either. Prices were fine but their customer service is appalling. The app also took an hour to download and couldn't recognise my card I tried paying by phone but didn't work. They don't pick up before 9am. I was there around 7 took me one hour to sort out the parking.

Our main reasons for choosing this hotel was due to its location and how close it is to London. There is a train station around the corner with direct links to London through the overground and underground links. The station is within zone 4, so we got an open day ticket for zones 1-4 meaning we could hop on and off What may out people off is due to how close the hotel is the the train line, they are very loud.

However we found this didn't really impact us once we had closed the window when going to bed and that was with our kids in same room too. We had booked 2 family suits. Our room was crammed with 3 beds and it didn't leave a lot of room, but this wasn't really an issue as we didn't spend a lot of time in the room. Maybe something to bear in mind. The hotel has on site parking, which costs 5 for 24hrs and is only accessible via a barrier, so is secure.

There is free parking on the street if you fancy your chances on there if you're not wanting to pay. The premier Inn has a beefeater attached to it which we found to have really friendly staff. If you opt for the breakfast it is recommended you book a time. We didn't do this on the Sunday morning and found that the kitchen was constantly trying to keep up with the demand. Overall, would thoroughly recommend this hotel if planning on doing some sight seeing in London and would come back to this hotel in the future
