Disabled parking spaces. Access via a small wheelchair lift to access restaurant. Great views of the loch from dinning room. Disabled toilets. This is a very nice restaurant price's reflect this a couple of pounds dearer than your average restaurant. But 3.80 for a small bottle of coke? Come on that's some mark up. Food was lovely staff were really nice and friendly. Food was fantastic nice and hot a good helping . I would visit again definitely

Great place for stopping and either having a short rest or delicious meal! Food absolutely amazing. Every dish worth trying so. we had 3 mains for 2 people and. mussels as a desert Very competent and professional restaurant manager (?)Ryan. Despite no pre-booking and the restaurant looking full, he found a comfortable table for us without waiting even 5 minutes.

Thank you, Sir, you deserve 5 Nice view throughout the windows and beautiful design inside. For sure we come back even if it's not on our way. You made our return a real pleasure.

Visited Duck Bay yesterday with 2 friends for lunch. I had the smoked haddock with salmon gratin and it was fantastic my friends were also very happy with what they had ordered. The restaurant was busy and the service was excellent. Couldn't find fault even the weather was fine and the loch was beautiful as ever. I'm sure anyone going there will be more than satisfied, book ahead and ask for a windowside table.

Only stopped for a drink which was well-kept, well served and reasonably priced (not so the crisps at 1.50 a packet!). Decent seats outside, but no view of the loch as all their seats facing the water were out of the sun and 10C cooler. Clean and well kept. Staff complying with face covering guidelines gives further reassurance that the emphasis on health and customer care is as it should be in these COVID times, having vulnerable family members.

Excellent! A bit busy but during school holiday period to be expected. We were shown to a lovely table at the window overlooking the loch with good service. Good range of choices on the menu. Starter sizes were enough for a lunch. Beautifully presented, hot and tasty. The 'mini' mess pudding is more maxi than mini suitable for 2 sharing. We'll definitely be back.

We enjoyed a delicious Valentine's dinner on Sunday. Although we arrived 45 minutes late; as we forgot our booking time- we were accommodated in the busy restaurant. Service could have been quicker but the food was freshly made and very tasty. Prawn cocktail and haggis balls were delicious. Portions are large but made room for pudding. Good choice of alcohol-free gin and beer. Sticky toffee so good my husband almost had another!

Don't book a group meal at this disgraceful hotel. Originally booked a table for a large booking for my birthday celebration on 27 Nov. However I had to cancel due to extenuating circumstances. It was for two different reasons I had to cancel and I felt really sad about not being able to celebrate my birthday. Firstly, my mother has become very ill and I had to be around her most of the time. Secondly there were two lots of 6 then 5 people in the group who have to quarantine due to Covid.

I asked for a refund of the 280 deposit and if they couldn't manage that then could I have a voucher for a future reservation. They refused to give the refund or the voucher. I sent a second email which was really polite they still refused. The restaurant staff told me while I was making the booking that the restaurant was filling up quickly. This means they scammed money from me as well as from the people who replaced my booking.

I probably would have fought it better at the time but having my mother on bed rest and semi conscious at times I just couldn't do that. On reflection this whole situation was harshly dealt with and just left me feeling quite sick really. I felt scammed. Please avoid.

Lovely setting, over looking the loch. very good and friendly staff. Plenty of seating, plenty of parking. Food was good, really enjoyed the goats cheese starter. The Cajun chicken was nice but spoilt by the, what I think was microwave rice. Eton mess was tasty. One between 2 was plenty. Highly recommended venue will come again!

Amazing hotel, staff and amazing food, the sticky toffee Sunday in the restaurant is a game changer.it's all I've thought about since the final scoop hit my mouth last night. It took me on the ride of my life, I went through all the emotions with each layer, elation, joy, heartbreak and longing. I have just had a baby boy not but 6 weeks ago and did not think I would ever know love like that ever again, never mind in such a short period of time. 5 stars, I will return for you toffee sundae my sweet love.

What a wonderful restaurant. A lovely family lunch. Situated right next to Loch Lomond with great views. The menu was excellent and a big choice. Such a happy atmosphere. Definitely go again when next in Scotland.

We had a lovely dining experience with very attentive front of house team. The restaurant itself has a fantastic view over the Clyde and is airy and spacious yet furnished so the experience feels intimate. The children's menu was full of choice and portion sizes were generous. The main menu was similarly full of choice with generous portions and well presented. Highly recommended.

Had the Chateaubriand and it was superb. Quality of meat, sides and sauces were outstanding. Will definitely be back. Didn't seem to be enough staff though given the volume of customers, despite the staff working very hard service was slow.

Very beautiful Christmas decorations, View of the restaurant is great in day light, but tables are too close to each other, I couldn't talk with my partner as next tables talking and they were so closed to us, foods are good but a bit expensive, too much ice cube in drinks and I was shocked when waiters tried to get more order!

Staff were friendly and food was not a bad standard. First time i've been in since it re-opened, was previously the Hungry Monk. Range of food on the menu was good and prices were not too bad. For three of us having a main meal and a drink each, the bill was just over 33.
