Eric is a wonderful front of house guest made me feel welcomed and charged my phone when I asked him for a charger. I would stay here due to the customer service thanks for a pleasant experience. Guy on bike;

Some trivial maintenance issues. But the bed was comfortable and the room was clean. Some of the other guests were a tad noisy in the early morning, but that's not something I can blame the hotel for.

I booked an over night stay which I never got to use as we went into a pandemic, I am still waiting for my money back, every time I ring them they are either rude or put the phone down on me. I had a very valid reason for not turning up to my scheduled stay as the whole country went into an official lockdown. I will never be booking again with such an unprofessional business.

The hotel is located near to beach and for this I gave 2 stars. There are 2 receptionists in the hotel which seems to be just hired so their knowledge regarding the hotel are minimal. Finding your room might be more like a puzzle with many doors and stairs. Be ready to go up using the stairs because the elevator is not available due Covid. Also you will notice that you do not have Internet.

You can ask the receptionist but he is not too happy to answer all your questions and this can ending up by questioning your booking (where did you book, why you didn't call the hotel and we are not responsabile of what is written on the Internet). The room is big and has plenty of sun but the toilet even if is clean and looks perfect is making an awful noise which can disturb not only the neighbours but the entire street You won't find any utensils, plates or something to warm your food.

As one of receptionist said: "There are plenty of restaurants in front! ". Also, you can have a dinner in a restaurant in Brighton ONLY if you book a table. Sometimes same day reservation is working but most of the time a one day before reservation is the best.

Unfortunately I cannot rate this lower than 1 Star. Owner cancelled our booking on the day with no warning and then tried to charge 100 extra for room. He then got exceedingly angry, called me a time waster and then order us to "get out" in a threatening manner. Absolutely avoid this place at all costs

If I could give this hotel a 0/5 I would I cannot believe how rude disrespectful and un-compassionate they are! Me and my friends booked a stay for my friends 20th birthday unfortunately we never got to attend as we went into a official lockdown it was not possible for us to travel a hour and a half. You would have thought with everything going on in the world that they would offer some kind of refund or re booking but instead we received rude phone-calls even putting the phone down on us and not replying to any of our emails. Honestly I hope they are ashamed of there behaviour and also consider if roles were reversed how they would all feel! Nasty company and would not recommend anyone to stay but if I'm honest you only have to look at some of the reviews to see that this place is so not worth it!

Booked a twin refundable room via a well known booking site pre covid. Another friend wanted to join us for the Brigthon Marathon 2020 so looked on the site, couldnt find a triple room so called direct. Spoke with a gentleman called Lucas who informed me yes he could arrange a triple room, didnt want any extra money, was room only anyway, would need to pay there and then though.

Ok super thanks for your help and promptly paid 203. Was not sent a receipt just saw payment on credit card. Then covid hit and initially i had good service from Adrian, was very polite and amended the new date to when the marathon had changed to and changed us into sister hotel. No problem and no charge. When it was cancelled agin Adrian was unable to help me as they had not had new rates for 2021.

I thought it can't be a lot more, could they just change the date of the booking, no apparently. I asked if i could email in to get this sorted, i just wanted confirmation that i could still have a room, i had paid for it after all. Well i sent a polite plesant email and what i received back was rude and unhelpful, i responded and this is when it rang HUGE ALARM BELLS.

I received an email calling me a liar, names, just dreadful, awful, had me in tears. Looked up the owners online, spoke with credit card company when i mentioned who the owner was, there was a sharp intake of breath, no way was i going to stay or get my money back. We booked a room on booking.com arrived to find out that they had double booked and couldn't accommodate us. The staff have no manners and even told my partner to f-off when we asked for a explanation. I strongly advise not to book this hotel the customer service is none existent. DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL

This hotel is clearly run on a shoe string and i would run a mile if you're thinking of booking it. and the owner does not care about the guests. it is the shabbiest dirtiest place I have ever stayed. i came home covered in bed bug bites and got food poisoning. probably the worst hotel experience of my life and i am worldly travelled. DO not book this dreadful place.

Obviously, this hotel is the worst one in my life. This hotel is being run by the son of the criminal who is murder. One day, when I went out and returned to the room, bed side table was gone. I wan not sure. After that, the reception told me that the table was broken so I was charged extra money! I did not do anything! I tried to explain that I did not break that, but the hotel rejected me. Finally, I was kicked out by the manager. Suddenly a huge military man appeared in front of me, and he threatened and said, pack your luggage in 3 minutes. Do you believe this? Why they could be so?
