Cream tea, Good value for money nice food. Helpful & friendly staff

4 of us ate dinner st the Commodore Hotel. Enjoyable evening with good food and friendly efficient staff.

Nice old hotel nice people very nice food good location in middle of Wales

Room tired looking, needs a refurb in bathroom and very worn in bedroom (might have won 4in a bed in 2017 definitely would not win now) bed very hard and pillows flat no comfort at all, service fine food basic but we'll cooked. Our room was over a bar had music and loud noise till 2am first night and 1.30am second night will not be going back.

We brought friends for dinner here with high hopes. Unfortunately we were a little disappointed. The bar/ waiter was extremely helpful & friendly. But the restaurant was empty and quiet, no background music & cold. The food was very nice thought. We thought maybe we should have sat in the lounge area but again it was empty & the TV was showing sport.

Just called in to the hotel Commodore to see if my daughter's keys had been found because she dropped them on Saturday evening after a wedding and the woman I spoke to was I presume the owner was very ignorant and rude, my daughter rang her Sunday morning to enquire herself and.she was met with the same rudness for a Hotel the reception isn't very pleasant

Great hotel, will stay again one day. staff couldnt be more helpful and friendly and the cleaniness, facilities and food quality were all very good. it is clear that a big effort went into making my stay as pleasant as possible

We booked a night here for my friends wedding and was very impressed by how helpful and thoughtful the lady was when I phoned to book. The stay was fantastic, we had a beautiful, clean and lovely decorated room. A lovely comfortable bed. It had a huge plus from us as it had a proper coffee maker. We didn't eat in as we were at the wedding, but was very impressed with the menu on offer and the food looked amazing. Thank you so much for a fantastic stay. Beth and Will. Xxx

Stayed there for a week. Rooms are very individual and quirky, building has been restored beautifully. Breakfast was good and the staff was attentive. Outdoor seating area could use more supervision and the towels, although clean are not soft.

Nice cocktails. Outdoor seating area could do with some staff supervision as some of the other customers were a bit on the rowdy side. Staff not wearing masks without medical exemption lanyards visible or cleaning tables between customers

Lovely hotel in centre of Llandrindod Wells. The bedrooms are beautifully decorated as are the public areas. The staff and owner are all very friendly. The bar area has lots of sofas and space so it's a perfect place to sit for drinks in the evening. They have a wide range of drinks including a cocktail menu (reasonably priced). My cocktails came with cocktail smoke bubbles on which was great fun see photos :-).

They also have a new large outside area with lots of tables and music - it was too cold to sit there during our stay however looked like a great setting. I think you could probably dine there. They have lots of parking in a fairly secure area, so it makes this an ideal venue for biking and car groups. There are so many great roads around, so this is a perfect location. We'll definitely be back!

Just been for lunch and it was delicious. All 5 of us really enjoyed our food and the atmosphere. The fish and chips were amazing and the club sandwich was great. Highly recommended
