Small room, facilitate poorly but very affordable and close to main places.

Dirty and dangerous. The room was not the one advertised when we booked. We where sent to a tiny basement room which had a soaking wet carpet due to a blocked shower drain. The staff member refused to move us and instead came in with open bottles of drain unblocker and a coat hanger. (Waving caustic chemicals around while he talked to us is very unsafe.) The bed base had clusters of brownish red spots and stains.

The hairdryer had loose wiring I booked a different hotel and was told we could have a refund from colliers (which I have on record) but where then told they never said that.

The room was small but was clean and friendly, great price and spitting distance from Victoria!

This place is really nasty. I had to pay five quid for Wi-Fi that never worked, I was sure the sheets had bedbugs, and the fact that it is high reviews on any site makes it clear that the staff of this hotel written many fake reviews to lure in guests.

Great location 10 minutes walk from Victoria Station, the double room is ideal for one person if you are on business, if you a tourist it's okay for a couple.

Too tiny room. Broken appliances. Bed and breakfast with no breakfast. Cushions hard as a rock and too big. Bed sheets for a single bed placed over a double bed. Avoid this place.

Although i only stayed one night it was a nice room had not very much storage space but was good for the night. The toilet/shower could be bigger as you are hitting your knees on the sink sitting down. Although the breakfast was simple it was good enough. The workers were nice but didnt seem very enthusiastic the room was nice and cool but the beds weren't very uncomfortable.

The worst experience I have ever had. We booked a room at a very cheap rate so all I expected was to be able to sleep in a clean room with the ability to have a shower in the morning. Firstly the room was not ready when we arrived at past 12. We went back out and was assured the room would be clean when we returned after our lunch. We returned at past 4 and the room was exactly how we left it, beds clearly been slept in, rubbish bin full and the previous guests empty carrier bags on the beds.

We needed to get ready to go out and was again assured the room would be cleaned before we returned. When we did the beds had been made but that was it. We had to share a tiny toilet/shower room with other rooms which wouldn't be so bad if it was big enough to move in or if it was clean! There was a soggy towel on the floor for our entire stay and a very used bar of soap lay covered in peoples intimate hairs in the soap tray.

Absolutely vile. Not even paper towels were offered to dry your hands after washing them and there was no bin available for feminine hygiene products. To put the cherry on this cake, when we came to the room, we were pleased to find a fan. This fan disappeared when we came back to the room and the receptionist had no idea what I was talking about so it was far to hot to sleep as the room had zero ventilation. Never again.
