This is a lovely hotel. Wasn't initially aware it had won a CH4 competition but completely understand why. Rooms are spotlessly clean and comfortable with plenty of tea and coffee provided. Staff are lovely, nothing too much trouble. Breakfast was excellent quality and size. Perfectly cooked with cold options available as well. Takes about 20 mins to walk into town or 15 mins to the front and beaches without using main roads. Plenty of free parking in adjacent roads. Will definitely stay again. Recommended.

Fantastic team, great location for local attractions. We are currently here over the Christmas period and I couldn't fault them. Wi-Fi is superb, rooms are clean and very well presented. The housekeeping team are very polite and caring and Chris included. They have turned a dark time for us into light and made to feel at home. Beds are extremely comfortable and rooms are spacious, facilities are plentiful and confectioneries aren't in short supply. Very pleased and proud to have such a caring and fantastic hotel in Bournemouth.

Thank you Chris & team for looking after all of us after most of our family took over the hotel for a long weekend! Nothing was too much trouble, breakfast was always fresh and served with a smile and a great choice of options. Rooms are a great size with lots of storage space to unpack. Lovely brand new bathrooms and even plug sockets by the full length mirror to dry your hair! 3 min walk to multiple choices of supermarkets and train station - can't wait to stay again & highly recommend

Lovely hotel, super clean and modern rooms with such friendly staff. Breakfast was perfect and hotel is only a 15 min walk to the beach/town so good location. Parking permit on arrival right opposite the hotel which was even better! Even before we stayed we were really impressed, I stupidly booked the wrong month and Chris was so accommodating and rebooked us for the original date we required!

Cosy hotel. Chris and his staff are extremely helpful and kind. Chris stored our bikes, gave us lots of tips on things to do and provided lovely takeaway breakfasts when we had early starts. Hotel is very close to the station & less busy beaches and is on a quiet street. Thank you for a wonderful stay.
