Great if you're on a budget. We had a triple room for my wife, my son and I. Everything was fine and clean. Shower toilet area was a little small but we made it work. The staff were wonderful and very helpful. It's a no thrills hotel but in a great location. Close to Victoria station and minutes walk to Buckingham Palace and Big Ben.

The bedding and towels were clean, and the location good, which is why we did not change hotels. But, this is definitely not the Comfort Inn of the US. There was a hole in the wall, and the walls were stained, The room was tiny, barely enough room for 2 of us to walk around each other, and we had the "bigger" room, which consisted of a small doubke bed and a twin bed right next to each other.
No AC, only an open window with no screen. And the bathroom! Tiny bathroom with just sink, toilet and a makeshift shower with a drain in the floor so the whole bathroom was wet after showering. No shelves or anyplace to put toiletries or clothes, so you had to go back into the room to dry off and get dressed. No fridge, and only a makeshift wardrobe with broken hangers. Would not recommend.

We came to comfort inn Westminster for the jubilee the booking was made months in advance and we stated needs that we wanted. I didn't have high expectations however simple cleanliness was poor, the room has cobwebs, floors clearly hadn't been hovered and as for the bathroom well I at least expected a proper bathroom/ shower room what we have is nothing like the images of the hotel, if I would of seen it I would have not booked, the toilet is in the shower with stains inside, the floor was wet when we got there and broken tiles.
We also needed a cot that we requested in our notes, after a 5am start and getting to our room around 4pm we hadn't been given a cot so went to enquire and she managed to find one at the hotel down the road but as she's the only person here we would have had to wait until hopefully before 9pm before someone could come and pick it up (her words) as my 15month old was already exhausted and we needed a bed for him, my partner had to go and collect it, to say the least I am very disappointed.

I will suggest everybody to don't trust the photos which they show on booking or on other sites. At my arrival they gave me a room in the basement of the building. The room was dirty, the bathroom was something horrible and even the window was dramatic: outside the room and the window there was like a storage where everybody can see in the room. I even opened stepped in the room and decided to move away. The only good thing was that the guy in the reception was very gentle and polite and gave us a total refound.

Pros: - Price get what you pay for; cheapest room available on relatively short notice in the area I needed. - Convenient distance to Westminster - Ease of check-in / check out - Comfortable enough bed, but room was freezing so made use of both twin bed duvets. Cons: - One light in the room, by the door. Room lit either by bathroom light or the lamp outside.
No switch by the bed. - Water was freezing for a shower in the evening. Only warm in the morning. - Paper thin walls. Really noisy other guests banging doors repeatedly all night, could hear TV through the walls. - The safe was not working. - I was told there would be no housekeeping for the 2 night stay, so was unpleasantly surprised to find there had been. Others may like this. - There is a lift but the stairs are very precarious.

I know it's cheap and cheerful but the first room we were offered the key didnt work, the room hadnt been cleaned, the French doors didnt actually shut and the kettle didnt work. We asked to change rooms which we were able to do. The second room the kettle didnt work so we were given another. Having said that, the beds were very comfortable and its close proximity to amenities is great. Staff were very helpful too. It was ok for that one stay but I wouldnt stay again.

We decided to have a break in London after our cruise was postponed for the third time. We lined ourselves up some shows and wanted somewhere close to the theatres. However, our experience here has ruined our vist. Firstly the room we were given hadn't been cleaned and that was news to the chap on reception, so we were given another. Although there was clean sheers and towels the room is full of dust.
The bathroom cleanliness is just acceptable but we have no cold water for the shower, so it's either scold yourself or go without! We have just come back from a show and my husband asked if they had managed to get anyone to fix our shower, the reply was a curt NO! We are disgusted by the staffs attitude and we certainly never use this company again. We should have gone to the good old dependable Premier Inn which we will definitely do for our next stay. Do yourself a favour. DONT STAY HERE!

Seriously I would stay as far away from this hotel as humanly possible. What an absolute nightmare my experience was. I don't know where to even start with the problems with this hotel. Looks absolutely nothing like the photos on the website, they are all taken from a different hotel. The double room is an absolute joke, the shower and toilet are located in the space.
You could sit on the toilet and have a shower at the same time. The shower room is no bigger than a 1m by 1m with the shower behind the door. It was also absolutely disgusting, the shower was filled with grime and mould. The cups to make tea were covered in Staines and seemed unwashed. The carpets were also stained and filled with dirt and hair. I would expect this from a cheap hostel or a really cheap hotel, but we paid a reasonable price to stay here.
After complaining to the receptionist, they showed us around 3 other rooms that were all exactly the same, coffee stains as though someone had thrown coffee up the wall, and it was just left with no care or regard to clean it up. We could not justify staying here in the slightest, demand a refund and stayed in a much nicer hotel on the same road. Absolutely disgusting. I'd give it minus stars if I could.

The worst hotel I've ever stayed at in the UK, and I travel a couple of nights a week for work. To say the room was dreadful is an understatement and in no way was it worth the 100 it cost me. Let's start with the good. The reception is warm and welcoming and the location of the hotel is perfect for Westminster and Victoria. Most of the staff were welcoming, particularly the overnight guys.
Now the bad. The room was dirty and dusty and felt like it hadn't been cleaned in weeks. When I walked in the room was freezing and felt damp, the windows were wide open and rain was coming in. Once I'd managed to force the windows closed (they were very stiff) I realised the only heat was a small, old plug-in oil radiator - it didn't do much to warm up the room.
The room as a whole was small and on a slope, and the bed itself was also small - I'm less than 6 foot and my feet were hanging off the end. I'm also glad I wasn't sharing as it would have been a squeeze! The bathroom was shockingly small - it felt like the toilet was in the shower and the leak from the light in the ceiling which caused a pool of water on the floor wasn't ideal.
There was no shelf to put anything and the fan was very, very noisy. It took a few minutes to get the shower working, with just a dibble for quite a while before it suddenly sprung into action. It was far too hot to stand under - you could see the steam fill the room instantly (thankfully the bathroom door doesn't close properly) and the gauge to change the temperature didn't work.
I also had a very tight hug from the shower curtain - I just hope the uncomfortable heat killed off any germs from when it undoubtedly hugged the previous guest. I had to give up. I asked to borrow an iron, but unfortunately it didn't work - I didn't have time to ask for a replacement by this point. I left luggage at the hotel when I checked out and was pleased when I had to record my details.
When I collected my luggage that night, I literally walked off the street, asked to collect and was given the choice of anything in the luggage room. No-one checked I had stayed there or was collecting the correct bag. I was just pleased mine was still there. I wouldn't leave anything there again. Overall, very disappointing and I wish I'd read other reviews before staying. Thankfully I didn't have to try the breakfast.
