Exactly what you pay for. Front desk was very helpful. However, each morning, house keeping knocked on our door then proceeded to open it around 7-8AM, invading personal space and waking us up. Who needs their room cleaned that early? Loud music from upstairs floor which, which depends on the residents. Other than that, exactly what you expect.

Convenient location for reasonable money. Rooms are tiny, yet clean and well looked after. Bathroom is very tiny, literally in size of wardrobe, therefore not recommended for taller than average people. Yet pleasant for sifhtseeing fans of average size

Clean rooms, beds and towels changed daily. Basic kettle and tea/ coffee making in rooms and own small compact bathroom with shower. Many flights of stairs to climb after a busy day site seeing. Please note that they don't do breakfast like advertised, this is just a room. Not too far from Victoria station for commuting/ site seeing. Very basic and beds not too comfortable and did show signs of wear. Staff pleasant although not very helpful with directions/ destinations, so do your homework first.

When you consider the location, it was okay for the money spent. The heating worked, as did the shower, etc and the staff were very accommodating. I wasn't expecting the Hilton, so wasn't disappointed. I had an operation in London, so needed somewhere close to both Victoria station and the hospital, so it was perfect for me.

It was amazing. The average reviews were bad about this place but I'd rate it ten on ten because of how amazing the staff was. Clean rooms clean bathrooms. Daily cleaning. Perfect heat and on belgrave road close to all good places. I didn't mind stairs because they weren't so much of a trouble for me. Keeping in mind the money they charged this was gold! Will recommend it to everyone esp people to budget travel for london. There's a bus stop going to the trafalgar sq right around here too.

No elevators and stairs were quite narrow. We booked a double bed room but were given a twin beds room- they said the double bed rooms were on a higher floor so gave us the twin beds on the first floor, but would've been nice to have the option when checking in. However, for the price, it's a good short stay- beds were comfy and soap, tea and coffee were provided.

A good hotel in a great location. You get what you pay for and it's not a five star hotel but it's humble and in a fantastic location. I think the family works hard to offer a reasonable and welcoming stay. I had the balcony room. There were no table and chairs on the balcony, but I made the most of transferring the furniture from the room out onto the balcony.

Great unless you need secure storage. Very helpful staff, intelligent pricing. Get a room high and on sunny side, for reception and brightness. Bring your own coffee and simple breakfast things or microwavables.
