Rooms are small but room and en suite very clean and freshly decorated. Location good, just 10 mins from Victoria line. Breakfast basic (toast and cereals) but fine. Great for a short stay.

My stay was perfect for a quick weekend in London! The staff was very friendly, the location was absolutely perfect and walking distance to a lot of attractions and large train station. The area was safe with a good amount of bars and restaurants. Would definitely stay again. Thanks!

The Staff were really friendly and helpful with directions, how to get around and phone app recommendations. It helped a lot that we stored our luggage in their store room so that we could handle our stressful business for the day worry free. The Wi-Fi was fast, free and reliable. There were no elevators so you had to carry your luggage up the stairs so brace yourself especially if your luggage/s are heavy.

The room areas were quite confusing at first especially if you had one on the top floor but we got the hang of it. The rooms were small and basic but that wasn't a worry because they were kept nice and clean. The beds were comfortable having a wall mounted fan cooled us from the warm days we had especially after touring around for several hours of the day.

Breakfast was basic with cereals, coffee and toast the Staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel was very convenient because it was located walking distance from the coach and train station, it was nice and quiet too so we got to sleep fast and sound.

Way worse than poor. The staff except for the ones at the reception are very rude and have no basic idea how to talk to a customer. They are very arrogant and talk as if we are uninvited guests at their house. The hotel facilities are just basic. No lifts, cramped and steep staircases, no room service. Rooms are very small. Just enough space to turn around, really thin walls, you can hear whats happening in the next room.

I don't think price of the room justifies the really bad service. Avoid it all costs. We had to shell north of a 100 pounds per night here. We made a mistake. Hope no one else has to. And P.S. the complimentary breakfast is a sham!

Stayed for one night with my 11 year old in this lovely hotel. Fantastic staff, really friendly and helpful (thank you for storing our bag before check in / after check out so we could wander without it!). We stayed in a twin bedroom with an en suite. It was basic but clean and comfortable and had towels, TV, fan and hot drink making facilities. Breakfast was cereal and toast which was fine and set us up for the day. Brilliant location too, I'd happily stay here again.

PLEASANTLY SURPRISED! i had very low expectations based on the price of the hotel for central london. however, myself and my friend stayed here for one night whilst going to the theatre and were rather impressed by the standard. clean rooms, hot showers, good location for the theatre (five min walk and lots of nice restaurants, bars and pubs around for before and after the show) and unexpected breakfast included (brilliantly cooked toast, cereal, fruit juices and hot drinks). would definitely stay here again for a short trip to london.

Did not reply to any messages in the two weeks where I needed a reply. Ignored my requests. Then when I tested positive for covid and my flight was cancelled they refused to reschedule or cancel the room - only replying after getting a third party involved. Avoid at all costs if you wish any service at all.

Nice accommodation. Very clean and tidy. Very closed to Victoria station and Wilton street. The only thing that I have to say like negative point is the stairs. It not look well, need to be replaced.

This hotel is as absolutely basic as it comes, and if you are a traveler and just need a roof over your head and a place to crash, this is your spot. So the room is insanely small, its essentially a small dorm room. The shower/bathroom is super tiny, water pressure isn't great but it does the job. Bathroom actually looks super new and refurbished too.

The room with beds also has a sink in it, so that's where you'd brush your teeth and whatnot. The beds are actually surprisingly comfortable. I had a deep night sleep and felt super rested afterwards for the day. We were here for literally 2 nights and then left so, this spot is just for the quick traveler, who needs absolutely nothing fancy Super super super small, heads-up.

I'll never stay here again. We stayed here twice on our Europe trip. The first room was awright. TINY and I do mean TINY toilet/bathroom. The price you pay for this low cost hotel room is what you get, no frills about it. What's nice about it is the 24 hour front desk personnel. The second room however, there was ZERO hot water. That is not the kind of shower you want to take before flying back to the states.

Not only was there no hot water, but there was no water pressure. So in essence it felt like someone was cold peeing on me. The WiFi is so antiquated, it only allows one device to be on the network. Not worth it, spend a little more money to get a decent room!

The staff were polite, our reservation was handled with satisfactory professionalism and the hotel was fairly quiet at night. Our room in the basement was in dire need of a renovation. The bathroom was like something on a small boat. It had vinyl walls, floor and smelled unbelievably like urine had permeated every surface. The kettle they gave us was filthy. Breakfast was juice-like liquid, coffee, tea, dry cereal and toast. I hope we don't come here again.
